The staff at this Wendy's is horrible. The Frosty machine is always "broken" whenever I come to this location. If there's something else on the menu they don't want to get, they'll tell you it's "out of stock." The Wendy's at 99th and Western Ave is the definition of laziness. DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACE!

I went to Wendy’s at 10:30pm and they said they are only accepting cash. I went home and got cash and when I came back they said they’re only accepting mobile orders. 03/30/24 I’m pretty sure the workers just didn’t feel like taking orders. It’s sad
