I feel like it doesn’t get more Chicago than trying to get food at the drive thru that you sat in for 7 minutes waiting to order from and the workers (who think they deserve more than minimum wage) literally ignoring you and all other people in line so all the cars leave. We left and saw them all standing around doing nothing.

5 Croutons out of 5. I had the most delicious salad there. Criminally underrated. Service was impeccable the guy who took our order was down for the bit and was mad courteous. Peace and love to this Wendy’s and the staff.

When to the drive thru only for me to have to go inside because NOONE took my order and when I pulled up the Lil girl claim she can't take my order at the window plus they had hardly drinks at the machine and when I ask for ice they wouldn't give me any......so disappointing.
save your money and do not order on uber eats or door dash here. i think they have forgotten or completely given me the wrong items every time.

I was told I can’t have crispy chicken in my salad for the second time and this is clearly the only Wendy’s that don’t accommodate a chicken change and when still completing an order I was missing a drink and and a whole mealNo I will not be visiting again they need new staff ?
