I wanted to try dreamsicle Frosty I walked in the door there's four or five people in line it took me 20 minutes to get a sandwich and some nuggets 20 minutes I will never go there again and to top it off they didn't even have the frosting

I usually avoid this location because there’s always an issue with getting me my correct order. But today I decided to eat there again, unfortunately, the service was unprofessional and even with me being very clear on what I wanted I still didn’t get what I wanted. I asked the girl at the register for a 10 Pc. Combo with a lemonade. She rung it up and there was no fry, so I asked again for the 10 pc combo, she told me that’s what I was getting I just say okay. My order came out and guess what? No fries. I remind them that I ordered a combo. He tells me I never paid for a combo and some I’m just like okay so no one is going to at least let my buy a fry because my order wasn’t taking right. They really need to CLOSE THIS LOCATION, and START FIRING WORKERS. There is nooo way you couldn’t ring me up for a 10 pc combo and I asked politely twice. Among all the other things this Wendy’s absolutely SUCKS AT, I mean THE WORST SERVICE you can find at a Wendy’s locations, they could’ve at least provided me a full meal.

Workers are lazy. Customer service is terrible you wait on your order for 30 mins for them to tell you they just won’t make it. The staff does not follow food safety protocols.

Hands down the SLOWEST “fast food” restaurant I have ever been to. Every time I have been here in the morning the line is out to the street, you sit at the thing that takes your order no less than 10 minutes and then after you pay you are sitting in the parking lot for another 10 minutes waiting for your food…
