Terrible my husband picked up a salad from there for my lunch because I work overnights and when I tell yall that chicken was hard as a rock it was so hard the fork bent and the piece of chicken flew on the floor. I showed him and I was pissed because I'm in Healthcare so I have no choice or places around me. So I continued to eat the cheese and lettuce well unfortunately a couple hours later i got food poison! I got home puking and on the toilet for hours I had to take off of work for 4 days!!! Don't ever go here never answers the phones either we tried and unfortunately they will just try to fight it. Stay away trust me .

I ordered a baconator and they gave me the meat for or from a junior bacon cheeseburger...and frosty you have to get before 9pm otherwise they don't have any from 9pm to 2am ..

I have no idea what happened to all the employees here but some of the news sone's suck so much. They don't know how to work the POS after multiple weeks, constantly get orders wrong, don't know their own menu and generally look at you confused when you give the order. Why would you apply for a job you cannot handle? I know they are trained by now it's not a hard job. A customer shouldn't understand your POS better than the employee. Then they whisper because they don't know what to do.It is like pulling teeth doing a simple order.Gave another shot after a break, still getting simple orders astoundingly wrong. Why are these employees so poorly prepared? I would confidently wager I'm not the only person who encounters this. I'm going to stop coming here and wasting my breaks and money.2nd edit: Can this franchise get closed and a local place or different restaurant open here? My order has been wrong more than right. It's simple sandwiches. I don't get it, it's wholly an error on those who make the food. Every. Time. This place sucks.3rd update: A year later and employees STILL cannot work the POS. The cashier literally asked me to wait as they fogured out where to go for a menu item. Why doea the management here fail their employees so badly? I don't even blame them, because all of them have the same issue that stems from poor training and leadership.

Went into the drive thru. Wanted to place two separate orders and the girl said it was “store policy” that they could only take one order. She then said she refuses to serve us and she cancelled our order. I’ve never experienced this type of customer service. Worst location ever.

Drive thru people do not listen and are slow. Don't mind if you are slow but got my order wrong multiple times and made me wait by the door. Still had my order wrong once they handed it to me. If you are gonna move slow at least get the order right. Never again. McDonald's is better

I ordered my food around 11:45ish, if I’m not mistaken Wendy’s closes at 2pm unless it’s not all Wendy’s… and I would know I use to work there…. My fries were cold, and I was missing a whole 2 sandwiches and 2 baconator fries…. 0/10…. Need a whole new night crew!!!!

Buyers be aware!!!In this location they rob the customers blindly. You order a small biggie bag ( yhe way they have it advertised in the board) and they always want to upgrade to a medium even tho u don't want to. It happens every time I go. I have called corporate abut 3 time now and nothing has been done. I think because they are franchise. Now every time I want a Small biggie bag I have to ask for the manager because the kids that take your order lie all the time saying the biggie bag only comes medium with a .70 up charge. Or they tell you they don't have small cups. Is so frustrating trying to buy food here.

I passed by the drive thru I order the biggie bag and the ghost pepper meal. The biggie bag I order the chicken sandwich but when I get home I’m missing the chicken nuggets and when I was ordering the lady in the intercom asked me what sauce I wanted. When I get home I’m missing the nuggets I tried calling 3 times and no one picked up
