The rewards service NEVER works there, depending on the cashier they help you with the coupons, others tell you directly NO, many times you say it is to eat in the place and they give it to you to take away, I think they should pay more attention to the customer service

Two days ago I specifically wanted a decaf coffee and asked the counter person who indicated they were willing to make me some, but the manager stopped them and said no we don't have decaf coffee. I probably won't be back if I have a choice. Maybe she saved $3 but lost a whole lot more.

The absolute best Wendy's I have ever been to in my life. One of the workers is super friendly and knows my name and for some reason whenever he is working the food is even better. Been going here for six months but over the last month there has been a drastic improvement in customer service and food quality. This is easily my favorite fast food spot on the block!
