Ordered 10 piece boneless wing combo with ranch and bought extra ranch. Uber eats arrives with food and I find no ranch AT ALL. Called and spoke to manager and I said there was no ranch and he kept saying that it was “impossible” as if I’m lying or blind. That says a lot about this establishment and management. Had to hang up on him.

I ordered from this Wingstop through Uber Eats. The order was placed an hour before the restaurant closed. They deliberately did not prepare the order until it was too late. They closed then once they did they lied and said that the order was given to the wrong driver. Horrible and unprofessional.

I’m usually a consistent customer on things I really enjoy & Wingstop is one. Somehow I used to be a returning customer at this location until they started providing poor customer service! They plays over the phone, answer very rude, hangs up on you, & rushes you off the phone when ordering. In store, no one uses gloves, they’re eating over your food & spits in the garbage one after the other while doing orders at that ! They doesn’t like remaking your food when they’ve messed up. They uses their language to mimic you & overall they’re just really rude ! I’ll make negative review every time until they sometime change

The service here was terrible. I waited around 30 minutes for my food and the entire staff were moving slow. The tables were clean but the napkin area was a disaster. As long as they took I more than likely won't return to this location.
