This was our first time to the new location. The service outstanding and food was very good. Loved the ambiance. Value pretty standard. Wish it was open for lunch at lease a couple days during the week. We will be back.

Have eaten at Zia's a few times and it is always so good! Servers are so nice and engaging! Food is so great - had the Brie fig etc pizza for a share and it was delicious!! So much flavor. All dishes were outstanding!

Reservation was honored and we were seated promptly. Food was good. Service by our waiter was excellent. The bus boys, while truly hustling throughout the restaurant, need better training. More than once, the bus boy came over and quickly reach all the way across me, while I was eating, to get to a plate on the other side of me. We were in a booth, so there was no way to walk around our table, but it would have been appreciated if he had asked if he may remove the plate so that I could have handed it to him or I could have at least stopped eating while he went across me. Plates / silverware were just being grabbed. The restaurant has a bar within the same single room as the restaurant. At the bar area were several televisions that were on, including sound. Within the restaurant, loud music was playing. This led to us, as well as other diners we observed, talking very loud to be heard to their dining companions. So, between the televisions, loud music, loud talking, the noise level was very, very loud. This restaurant does not have a parking lot. Street parking is hard to attain on this stretch of Northwest Highway. We saw a sign advertising valet parking, but did not see a valet.

Our server, Gigi, was amazing. She was very attentive and friendly! She offered suggestions when we asked. The mussels and brussels sprouts appetizers were fantastic! The apple crumble was the perfect way to end our meal.... We will definitely go back!

The food was excellent especially the fig and prosciutto pizza. Everyone else loved their pasta dishes even the gluten free one. Was incredibly noisy. Couldn't really hear each other over the din. Too many hard surfaces in the place.

My goodness what a sweet gem of a place. Off the beaten path and I would’ve never gone here if it wasn’t for an event. They accommodated our group of 12 and were so attentive. We ordered most everything on the menu including bolognese, carbonara, all sorts of salads, crispiest fries, a couple of pizzas. Everything was solid and as hoped. The service was outstanding. The ambiance is warm and welcoming, very casual. Most people dinning appeared to be regulars there and we could see why. If you’re in the area, definitely give this place a try.

The food here is very tasty, you get a lot of food, always good to take these leftovers home. Service is great. I've been here in the greenhouse for a bridal shower and it was top notch. The acoustics are lousy and could hardly hear the person across the table on a weekend night.

I stand by my previous review. I think the food has gotten more consistent and more on par with their old space. Unless I'm missing something, the bread, olive oil vegetable Parmesan combo is now automatically delivered to the table so it would appear they've listened to some of the comments like mine. That said, I have no idea what's going on in this bill other than to say, I'm never ordering alcohol there again and given that I usually like to have a drink when I'm with my wife on date night on Friday or Saturday... my time with Zia is over. When my wife saw the look on my face she knew we wouldn't be back anytime soon. $12 for my bourbon and $3 is to pour it into a glass... No, thank you. To be clear, tell me its $12 and I will decide if I want that drink. Charge me for the pour without telling me is deceptive.

We had a reservation on Friday, March 1 for 9 people. I have never felt so rushed at a restaurant. My drink was taken from me before I could even finish it. Our waitress was so rude and had a bad attitude. Could she have tried to be a little nicer? I has been to this restaurant another time and really enjoyed our meal and the service. This time the experience was enough for me not to return to this restaurant again.
