Best cheesecake ever & wonder owners & staff. They are friendly, hard workers, have branched out with area stores & some in other areas. They have cookies also & an area to sit & visit while to enjoy their pastries & a drink! Thank you Harrold & staff!

Didn't get a before picture, it was too good to wait. We got a strawberry cheesecake for a birthday and it was delicious! Super sweet owners and shop! The best cheesecake we've ever had! My husband calls himself the cheesecake connoisseur and also agrees this is the best cheesecake he has had!

Terrible customer service. We went in to order a cheesecake for our son's birthday. We asked the teenage girl at the counter if we could order any flavor of cheesecake from their website. She stared blankly passed us and said nothing. So after a long pause, we just asked to order a banana pudding for Tuesday pick up. She spoke quickly saying we can't have it for Tuesday. They need two days notice (it was Saturday). With no eye contact, she said they were closed Sundays and Mondays. She said nothing else. I don't know what this teenager thinks her job is, but customer service can't be it. Learn to smile, be friendly, and make people feel welcome in your store. Even though they couldn't serve us, she could have made some kind of apologetic closing, to help make us want to come back. Based on this experience it's clear they don't want new customers. We won't go back.

Had the pleasure of working with Harreld for our wedding. We had a small cheese cake for us and cheese cake bites for our guests. If you have an upcoming wedding I would highly recommend him!Harreld was amazing every step of the way and made sure that this piece of the wedding was simple and stress free. He answered all of our questions so quickly. Was able to get into our venue and set everything up for us.The cheese cakes are out of this world! I am so glad we had some leftovers!! :)Thank you Harreld for being apart of our special day!

We've had their key lime, sweet tater, and we have 2 more in the freezer (one is turtle pie, yumm). I've been to both their Chilli store and the lakefront market (Peoria on Sat. AMs). ???
