This is one of the best pan beefs you can get. You have to be specific when ordering, don’t get your bread dipped and tell them to go easy on the au jus sauce to avoid supper soggy bread. The beef is large enough to share or you will be eating all day. Don’t forget the peppers.The service, location and atmosphere are all sub par, I wouldn’t dine in and the cashier can be assertive. Also FYI if you pay card you pay more so bring cash to avoid the fees.

Food usually good but last time I ate there kids were all over playing walking out the kitchen area I was concerned if my food was clean and safe that's why I stop eating there . Kids needs to be kept out of the kitchen area !

The food is usually good but the last time I ate there kids were playing and walking in and out kitchen area .I was concerned if my food was clean and safe .kids needs to be kept out the cooking area also a young guy was cooking he took off his had and rub sweet from his forehead I didn't see him wash his hands .I am not sure if it's new people running the restaurant but wasn't happy I haven't been back !

My food was great but the customer service there is horrible the delivery guy was trying to scam for extra money and when I told him the total of the the food he snatch it back frm me and then smoke over my food until the person on the phone told him he was not right the person that answer the phone hung up in my face food took 2 hours to come food was just cold

The pizza puff I ordered was really good but a little pricey. the problem I have is with the phone employees sitting on the counter top and eating and walking in the kitchen to talk with the cooks . I've worked at other restaurants where no one from the phone area was allowed in the kitchen where food is being prepared and another thing I didn't like was that they still had a copy from the old owners clam to fame of the 101 places to eat in the United States That's belongs to John RIP the original owners and not Mama Luna which took over a few years ago
Quality has went down and prices have dramatically increased. Bought a stadium piece of that normal cost. $32, as now I went up to $52. Who does that?

I heard they are under new management, I ordered the beef in the pan they dumped a jar of peppers on it and refused to remake it. l could say a whole lot more about this particular experience but it wouldn’t matter because I’m black and l know people going to say what does race have to do with it but if I was a white customer they would have remade it or if they were white owners they would have remade it.Parking: And the parking lot is was constructed dumb like you pull in on a slant then have to maneuver to get out like they designed as if you would never leave

Food is good but the down fall is the hours of operation. It’s listed as 11am but it’s been too many times I’ve called and drove there around 11:30 ish or noon there’s no answer and the doors are still locked. It’s a turn off so I usually don’t try anymore I just go to another restaurant to get food.
