Drive thru service is terrible at 10 pm. Our order was simple a number 1 meal, 1 impossible burger, cheese sticks and small fries took them 30 minutes and then waited another 5 mins for the cook, we get home with the food and no marinara sauce for the cheese sticks.food was cold we only live 5 mins away. Cheese stick went In the garbage?♂️

i ordered for a delivery & was missing 3 items. I went back to the location to see if i can get my missing items or a refund on them & manager was rude & declined both the refund & giving me my 3 missing items that i had already paid for.

The food quality is terrible, they’re always out of most of the sodas, and you’re gonna be waiting in line for at least 5 or 10
Literally it's a terrible service, they have the establishment so dirty and they don't have half of the menu, the cashier is rude and bad-tempered,

The burger king was super slow and somehow they managed to not package two burgers in my order. I called only to be left on hold for over 20minutes. It's so simple to read a order and package it. Literally gonna take a pass on this BK next time I crave it. ?♂️

Went there to buy and the drive through don’t work . Also the lady say have big large or xtra large cups for soda . Which I pay for big large soda ? but gave me a kids size soda ????and they over charge not small soda h ur big one . They also say they don’t carry a lot of their menus . Which is weird . Asking them for things they don’t seem to carry anything in these Burger King . No coke either only limonada and doctor pepper and sprint I think ? everything is word they dog. Carry nothing not even big soda cups only small kids size cups I want my money back ??4:14 pm
