Horrible service, they messed up our orders not once , not twice but 5X!! Thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, but now I'm more convinced of never coming back to Dunkin, idk what happened they used to be good. The girl that was working at the drive thru window this AM was super rude. I asked a simple question and she replied with a Bitchy attitude, I don't normally order from Dunkin so idk their iced coffee names, I asked for a Frappe and instead of saying we don't serve those as I was ordering she went ahead took the order and when we got to the window she said "this is not McDonald's we don't serve frappes" like ok but you could've said something when I placed the order, not after I had already paid for it. Unfortunately didn't get her name. But definitely not coming back, that just ruined our morning.

I went in for 2 Sundays double scooped only got one scoop and no toppings! The employees so unprofessional and rude! They need to do better I’m disappointed and going back for my money!

Very cozy friendly ,family environment place, the employees treat customers like familyKid-friendliness: They had face painting activitie, I remember Mike would give kids dot donuts,but looks like that hasn't continued
This location is very inconvenient their drive thru and the cta train makes traffic harder.

Pickup orders for Grubhub or anyone else are often prepared wrong: NOT as ordered, entire items MISSING. I call, they say "we can't do anything, you have to contact GrubHub... Or you can come in to pick them up." If I could come in, I wouldn't have ordered delivery! Or should I just cough & sneeze all over you & your other customers? GrubHub didn't screw up the order, YOU DID. YOU left out two wake-up wraps. YOU forgot the syrup in BOTH coffees. YOU gave an incomplete order to deliver driver. Why isn't this a problem at OTHER Dunkins like the Berwyn Ogden location?? It's always a problem with this location. It just happened again today.

I wish I could put zero starts but it's not possible so EVERY TIME I give this place a chance they ALWAYS get the order wrong last week I got a 3 scoop Sunday and they put Spoiled strawberries it was the first taste I had in my life!!! And today I got my order wrong again I order something so simple how could you get it wrong I just don't understand. To be honest I ONLY go to this one because is closer to my house but no more chances don't go to this place.!
