Lack of communication between employee and customer. Constantly asking me the same question about my order. The women working there are very distracted with the gentleman there. Real bad customer service!

Place has reasonable prices, we like the ice cream scoops and bars, we ordered a fruit cup but the fruit was not ready mango was not ready as well a the pineapple. Same for the yogurt fruit ws not ready but the yogurt itself was okay. We had a lime chia and habicus fresh water, we felt they needed more concintrated flavor and for some reason the waters had a lingering carrot flavor we were a bit confused we figured that they must have made it in the same blender or something.

This place is the coolest for smoothies and ice cream in Chicago they have some good snacks like hot Cheetos and fries.
I asked for pecans and peanuts for toppings and the lady only sprinkle it so I asked her if she added the toppings if she can add more. She said that’s an extra charge I showed her my yogurt and I said where she said it’s in there . Now I’m eating a plain yogurt and I’m sure these yogurts have a good amount of toppings. Very disappointed
