They charged me for an icy then said they didn't have the flavor I asked for also I brought my kids so they can play in the play place n they said it was closed because school kids were dinning in that we had to wait till they leave which took an hour I swear every time I go to this location they always have the playplace closed n my kids always have to wait it makes no sense

On March 15 I got my meal at McDonald's and diced to it inside of MCdonsls, and the place doesn't have heat and was so cold to it I told them about and the told me can't do nothing I can belive it

"Terrible service! The staff was very very rude . It was very surprisingly to me that it was coming from a “manager” by the name Bertin. As soon as I got to the window they asked me for the McDonald’s code I said one moment please Bertin the manager then told me like 3 times he did not have a moment. I was literally there for 2 minutes. Never in my life have I felt this disappointed with someone’s customers service . Like how are you even a manager . I tried calling cooperate a few times and it’s disappointing that you can’t get a hold of no one . Corporate really needs to re evaluate having him as a manager or even having him employed there.

Service here is HORRIBLE! they under cook food & rush everything they do. I understand its a “fast food” restaurant, but that doesnt mean uncook & rush peoples orders. Not to mention they are racist & only treat customers of there same race with respect.

Whoever did chicken nuggets at saturday midnight, Feb.17 needs to be careful with their hair. I got a hair out of my mouth from the nuggets. Super friendly reminder to protect you hair from food:(
