When they took my order I didn’t notice that my order wasn’t complete I ordered 2 plates a large orange chicken and a medium size white rice ,and a bowl. When I got to the car I notice I didn’t have my white rice. So I went back and ordered it. When I got home I checked my food and they didn’t give me my orange chicken they gave me a large white rice. So I went to Panda Express closer to my house so i asked if they can change it and they said no so I had to pay for another large size orange chicken because I didn’t buy from that place I understand it was not from there. So please pay attention to orders next time. I’m never coming back here again I’ll rather go to another different one that actually pays attention to their orders thank you ?.

My hubby brought me a 3 course plate and it was so sad when I opened it.. the plate was so skimpy and the rice was hard and believed it or not my fortune cooking was just air no cookie inside. Panda did it to me once then again. Not returning to that restaurant again.. to bad that I didn't take a picture of my food.

I will raise the stars but change the schedule three times I arrive and they don't open until the boys finish talking more on the weekends the excuses the kitchen is damaged... the keys are lost there is always something very bad to say for clients who go to work and we go through faster

Tonight when I ordered I chose to wait for fresh chow mein and the employees behind the counter decided to forget to call me when my order was ready..however they managed to call everyone else when their order was ready. My skin is too brown to receive good customer service at this establishment and I will not be back. I will also tell all my people to eat somewhere else.

Terrible! I ordered online and the food was ready on time. I ordered the honey sesame chicken but once I opened it and saw my chicken was burnt and most of them was hard!! I was extremely piss tf off! I was looking forward to this meal tasting delicious like usual but I realized this is what happens when u try a new location! Wasted my hard earned money!
