The clerk charged me $20.79 when my total was $6.62. I told the clerk. She called the manager for help. The manager was young and rude. I told her what I ordered. She said no, you ordered extra chicken, no ma'am I did not I said the clerk needs some assistance. The manager gets to cursing and yelling. We had a huge argument.

First of all it’s always that Spanish lady, always on a power trip for attitude. I got food for my 5yr and later that day got him real sick. I’m so furious with this location. It’s re-cooked food smh. They need a health inspector to verify the conditions the foods are been placed in. Horrible!

I had the worst experience ever I placed the order online an hour before and the cashier told me the order didn't appear...... I waited for another whole hour and then I talked to the manager and refused to give me my food just because they didn't received the order and I even showed her my receipt and still refused to give me the food and just told me to ask for a refund on the app and had no other choice then to leave the store empty-handed because even the app told me to wait 24 to 48 hours to get a response..... I was so disappointed because that specific order was going to be my Thanksgiving dinner for me and my wife.....This ruined my Thanksgiving ill never get popeyes ever again....

very dirty, the bathrooms smell like rot and piss and it seems like they don't even clean them.. the dinning area is dirty, the floor is filled with crumbs, trash and the ALL the tables were not cleaned, they all had leftover crumbs from past customers.. terrible place if you want to dine in, also the employees were ordering their own food while they had customers waiting in line and i believe also in drive thru.. i'm surprised this place is even still open and inspectors haven't revoked the license due to cleanliness

One of the worst in this area. Today I went to purchase the sweet & spicey wings that have been heavily promoted there are several pictures outside of the restaurant as well but they don’t have them! This location consistently runs out of certain menu items or you have to wait for them to cook spicey strips or chicken. Customer service is horrible as well. I don’t understand the bad attitudes especially when I am a nice paying customer.
