I placed an order at 7:50pm through the mobile app at this Wendy’s location. I go to pick up my food and they tell me to pull up because it still wasn’t ready. Cars behind me were all receiving their orders before me. I was still parked by the door with no one coming out to tell me why it was taking so long. They took over 40 minutes to give me my food and the food was cold. I ordered a grilled chicken wrap and the tortilla was hard and the wrap itself was dry. I placed the order online thinking it would be faster but it took longer than if I had placed it at the drive up speaker. This is unacceptable. Every time I go to this location the staff is always rude, unprofessional and are always giving attitude to their customers. The restaurant is a mess and the dining room is extremely dirty every time I go. 10 minutes before they gave me my order the girl came outside telling me to move forward because the other cars couldn’t get out the drive thru line even though I had been waiting there for 30 minutes already. They cared about their timer more than the customer that had been waiting for a long period of time. It shouldn’t had taken this long to give 2 biggie bags and a chicken wrap! The unprofessionalism this restaurant has is unbelievable. It’s always this location as well. You should really check your employees with their nasty and rude attitude they give the customers.

BEWARE OF DOUBLE CHARGE!! Charged twice for no reason, I gave them my card and they said it declined, they tried it again and it worked, I check my statement and they charged me twice

Stopped fpong to wendys because they never refunded my money even after calling the "treasury".Only reason I came because of a gift card....and ooooweeee the wrap was falling apart and checking tasted like subways grilled chicken. The Asiago bacon chicken sandwich was soggy fries was cold. Lol embarrassing buisness. I feel bad for the workers life choices.
I went through the drive through and they got my order right. What more could I ask for?

I placed my order 8:30 the guy charged me then asked me to reverse by the yellow pole, it was 8:47 and no one asked me to pull up or if the food was ready, when I pulled up he gave me my food mine you it was cold I dislike this place so bad for all the bad experiences I've had, gave it a shot to please my daughter and I regret it the food was cold 20 minute wait for cold food how disappointed ?
