If I had the option to put 0 stars I would. Horrible service, ordered online for curbside pickup and ended up having to go in to get my order. Called before doing so and was told that my order would be brought out to me right away . Which never happened had to wait 15 mins. On top of that i didn't get the extra topping I paid for. The boneless wings had a long string of hair. When I reported this to the "manager" it sounded like she did not care. Of course i threw it out. Wasn't as hungry anymore when I seen it. I called the store and asked for the manager and was on hold for 8mins... she was very unprofessional in how she handled the situation and could've done better than just giving short responses and talking over me. Not money worth coming to the establishment at all . Everything about the visit was very poor and disappointing. Hopefully I get the "credit " that was applied to my number.

Wasn't all that this time. Maybe because I had the taste for the cheese crust pizza. They wanted $25 dollars for it but I was able to get two regular pizzas for 25. I got the pizzas cold but the kids didn't complain.

I got the dinner box in the pizza so I wasn't even cooked all the way it was still raw in the inside. We had to throw it in the oven. this is my last time ordering from Pizza Hut

This Pizza Hut hasn't ever dissapointed me. Tonight was my 3rd time ordering here in the last 6 months and again, perfect! Speedy delivery, friendly service, and best of all it's always hot. I'm not sure if I'm the odd one out, but 10/10. I will definitely order from here again.

Customer Service-Cashier was bland, no smile or upbeat personality. Food-We ordered a large pizza, wings and two sodas. Food was hot & fresh! We dined in....restaurant usually is tidy, it's never crowded here! Reason why you get 2 stars, customer service goes a long way and the young ppl don't use it. That's why next time I'll go to the freezer section at Jewel and get me a pizza so I won't have to deal with a cashier looking like she hates her job.

I went yesterday with my mom, sister and her friend. It was a great experience and great service, Darryl went above and beyond to make sure we were good, and came frequently to ask us if we needed anything else. The food was also very fresh and very delicious, it was also out in about 30 minute from when we ordered. I'd definitely go again.
I blame myself. I don't even like Pizza Hut. I don't even understand why they're still around. I went for a quick bite with my son and nephew. We had to wait for the waitress to clean a few tables and and ask for a menu since she didn't seem in a rush to provide us one. I ordered 3 glasses of water, cheese sticks, buffalo wings, a large pizza (they only go up to a large)- 1/2sausage and 1/2 cheese and I asked that the apps come out asap... since, you know, they're apps. The 1st thing that went wrong, is that they sent our cheese sticks to another table that came in after us. Then, they made our pizza 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni. I was livid. 30 minutes only to get water. The wings came on time and looked fresh but it wasn't enough to make me stay. We left and went to a better pizza place down the street, Scatchel's that taste better and sells pizza by the slice. Maybe this is a reason that I haven't been back to Pizza Hut. It's surely the reason why I won't be back soon. PLEASE fix this. There's too much food completion in this area for this type of foolery.

Horrible service. Called an hour later and did since I did not receive my order. My credit card was charge and even after 2 hours, I still did not receive my order. No courtesy called received. The so called manager (the same person who picked up the phone) Pia places me on hold while she found out what happened. After 2 hours she replaced my order and yet did not know what type of pizzas I ordered. How do you NOT know what pizza I ordered but yet you charged my credit card? Can't you see the receipt based on that!? So unacceptable. Go elsewhere. Which is a shame really, since Cicero is a small town. SMH!!!!
