“This is a great family run bakery. They are my go to place for cakes for any occasion. Always moist and decorated well. They do special request's for decorations and always wonderful. I'm always amazed at what they do. Service is great and new addition really a plus. Pictured is the latest cake they created for my youngest granddaughters birthday. Oh, I can't post until I rave about the radio bars!“

“This was a great find. We were in the area at the racetrack and craving Mexican. My wife and I both enjoyed the carne asada. The fresh salsa was good but neither of us like the chips. Free chips are not a deal breaker for me so it didn't really matter but they were kind of tasteless and stale. The meal made up for it many times over. Really a great flavour and pretty good refried beans. This place is worth a second visit.“

“It can be incredibly difficult to find good vegan good, but I always know I can visit The Happy Bakery for a good meal served by smiling faces. The baked goods are out-of-this-world good (you just have to try those sprinkle cookies!) and the lunch/brunch options are just as delicious.You do not have to *be a vegan* to enjoy The Happy Bakery. Even if you eat meat for every other meal, you can go here and enjoy some fantastic food that just so happens to be free of meat and dairy products. I have taken friends and family here that were not vegan, and they all had a great time.“

“I purchased my first cookie from Crumble Cookies last week, the blueberry was absolutely delightful, I will be returning and sending others to try!Parking: This particular Crumble Cookie was in a strip mall, so there were lots of spots open to park“

“I wish I could give ten out of five stars! I've always loved Hotbox cookies but it's been so nice having a location on the Illinois side of the river. The cookies were fresh and warm and they were so considerate of my partners peanut allergy.“

“Now, mind you, I didn't get to the bakery until afternoon.Finally made it to Woods bakery, and it was well worth the wait. Goodies galore, only problem they sold out of their Easter cookies. With that said, there was still plenty to choose from for my visit. Little pies and my favorite cherry with struesel crumbs, cinnamon Raisin Bread with icing, small cupcakes filled with icing, and last but not least, glazed donuts. I have to admit it was the best glazed donut I've ever tasted, so light & fluffy with just the perfect glaze on it. I could eat quite a few but stopped at one. Lest I forget, they make strollers, coffee cakes, mini cakes for birthdays, regular sized cakes and pies, Danish rolls, mini pies, cross buns, breads, noodles, muffins and tons of special cookies Frozen goodies, too, like carrot cake, cup cakes, birthday cakes.I'm sure I'm missing items, so go check out this delicious bakery. You won't be disappointed.“

“I absolutely love American Kolache and all of their delicious choices of Kolache yumminess! They have a flavor mix for everyone's palette from sweet to savory. The breakfast and BBQ kolaches are my favorites, but the folks working are always willing to give their favorites too if you're looking for something different to try or if you can't decide! This is a unique spot to get some super yummy munchies for lunch and breakfast that everyone will enjoy!“

“The owner was unloading the van early in the morning getting ready to open up shop. I was doing laundry next door so while standing outside smoking I was offered a free plain glazed donut. Of course I took it, it was really early and I was hungry. Before that day I had never tried their donuts and the one I had was definitely delicious and it was cold. I would have given 5 stars but I wanted to first try more of the treats.“

“I cannot say enough about the staff that I had the opportunity to work with this morning regarding my online order that never arrived...due to operator error!! Upon arrival at 9:15am we discovered my online order had not been received nor prepared.....but the amazing team turned the situation around within less than 20 min. Minutes later I was exiting with 6 mini trios that were gift wrapped, tagged and ready for delivery as scheduled. Thank you to the owner and staff for saving me and fulfilling my order in the most professional way possible. I will definitely be returning very soon - I appreciate you!!!“

“I recently swung in for a fundraiser and grabbed sugar cookies and I am hooked! If you're a sugar cookie person, THIS-IS-IT! They also don't have a minimum for sugar cookie orders which is awesome! They have multiple packaging options at different price points.“

“This is such a great little place to stop by for breakfast or a quick bite for lunch. The staff are always so friendly. I love getting an iced Americano with honey, cinnamon, and heavy cream; they make it the best!! The soups are delicious and I haven't ordered something I didn't like. Really you can't go wrong when you order food from Teaspoons. The sandwiches, soups, breakfast options (especially the oatmeal) are so good. I highly recommend meeting a friend for a quick lunch to catch up or grab a bite to go.“

“Hello All,We have been driving by this Billie’s Pastries for years. Each time I would say I am going to stop in and try the doughnuts. Well today was that day. I must say they did not disappoint. The doughnuts were delicious. Full of flavor, fresh and simply delicious. I highly recommend you give them a try. Nice friendly environment where you can gather to share a cup of coffee, read the paper and reminisce. They also serve hand dipped ice cream.Blessings and Love!??❤️“

“They always have the best cupcakes. The store is always impeccably clean. And the people working act like they live their jobs, as they are always so happy/cheerful. The photo attached is not a mistake. It looks like Orange Chicken, but is actually their April Fools offering. Believe it or not, that is all cake and icing and sauce. They do a great job all the time. I also found the "hamburger and fries" cupcake the did a couple of years ago for July 4. They're always doing fun stuff like this.“

“Amazing, amazing. We requested a 3D duck cake for my daughter’s 2nd birthday and it was the pinnacle to an already blessed day. Price was also reasonable too for the cake, and not to mention it was SOOOO tasty. ??? The biggest thing I adore though is the fact that a special cake like this was made just for a small family event. To me, that shows how much love and care the owner takes into making every single one of these custom cakes. Thus, the reason for my review, that others may also enjoy the duck cake, and to demonstrate a fine example of our future continued patronage! “
