I recently visited a drive-thru restaurant. While the service was satisfactory and there was no wait due to the slow hours, I was disappointed with the quality of the food I ordered. The gizzards, in particular, were overcooked and burnt, making them extremely tough and difficult to chew. I would not recommend ordering this dish in the future.

Ordered a fill up box thru drive thru. When I got home with it and opened the box the chicken had black pieces on it where it was burnt, it was dried out, and my family couldn't eat it. When I tried to call back about it I had to call several times before anyone answered the phone. Then they didn't offer a replacement but to provide 4 pieces of chicken on my next visit, even though my family couldn't eat the food. This is not the way to handle customer service as not even an apology was given nor did the lady seem to care that I couldn't eat the food with my children. We have to go somewhere else to get dinner now. Thanks a lot KFC (said with sarcasm).

I placed a pickup order on a Tuesday and arrived while the drive through and dining hall were both empty. I had to wait 18 minutes to receive it. The staff were cussing about how bad the food smelled as they were preparing it. Another employee sat on a milk crate and vaped next to multiple food prep areas. The staff were irritable, the dining floor was messy and the food was subpar. The fries were stale. Worst KFC I've visited.

This place is the worst KFC I have ever been to. 7 out of 10 times of going there for chicken they say that it will be a 19 minute wait because they have no chicken cooked!!!! I was just there yesterday and guess what? it will be a 19 min wait for chicken. their workers are standing out the back smoking weed and think that nobody can smell it...news flash its stinks. sucks that I have to go out of town to get KFC if I want it. this place is a JOKE!

We need to visit budget car rental office as was facing some issue in the car while coming back to Bentonville from chicago. Saw kfc near the place and thought of ordering food. We have ordered biscuit l, juice and sweet corn for our kid but he didn’t like that May be he is not in the mode to eat , so we ate it and it tastes good. He likes sweet corn with some salt and they were without salt so may be that’s why he refused. Please ask them about salty one if you like it that way or grab some salt from the store as we were unaware about this.

I ordered the 8 piece chicken nuggets, fries, a biscuit and a drink. The chicken was undercooked the breading was still white. The fries soggy and oily. So I paid almost $10 bucks for a biscuit and a drink. That was my 2nd time eating at that location and wasn’t good the first time either. If you want kfc done right, go to edwardsville/glen carbon kfc. They never disappoint

Ordered 16 piece family meal from kfc cllnsvlle rite well wen i went pick it up & got it bak 2 my hotel room i noticed it waz very greasy & tha chicken waz fallen apart wen i went take it out of the bucket wen i contacted manager bout it manager ddnt seem concerned about it waz kinda smrt a## didn't act like they even cared they did offer replacement but waz no use since i had already strtd eaten it wsnt very gd @ all tha manager acted annoyed with me because i waz callin to complain about the chicken bein greasy waz afraid if i did get a replacement i was afraid of them doin something else to my food something else to my food because i was complaining about the food

Ordered a 4 piece snack, all breast. Got home, only 1 piece had breading on it. It was very unappetizing. Also Ordered a large coleslaw, got home it was a small. Called the store, manager wouldn't give her name or even offer any solutions. Not going back.

Come to this location often usually food is hot and fresh. However this time when I went thru the drive thru they were a little rude and maybe because they were frustrated they gave me chicken that must have been cooked 2 nights before. SMH shame I was to scared to eat it thought I might get sick. It will be a while before they get my business again.
