I must say that the McDonald's in Collinsville on Beltline, maybe the best McDonald's I've had. We were on our way to a meeting with our accountant and needed to eat quick so we got the Fisherman's Platter two fish fillets and a big thing of fries. The fries were extra hot and fresh and the fish fillets were perfect. And that was in the drive-thru. Very pleased

Did a mobile order, drove to the location, picked up food. When I got home, I realized they gave me the wrong order. Drove back, told them, waited 10 minutes then went back in to complain about the wait. Went back outside, waited another 20 minutes then left to go to another 'fast food' location. Going to be calling corporate to complain further and get a full refund. Low quality people = low quality service.

Went through the drive thru this morning and the food was not fit to eat. The sausage egg McMuffins were cold and made with the wrong type of egg. The muffins were very chewy. I realize it’s fast food but how about giving a person their moneys worth. I wish McDonald’s would actually care about the food they are putting out. We stopped this afternoon for a sandwich at Bojangles and it was amazing… may want to take some lessons from them!

I went there today. Placed my order at 10:18. Was just a number 7 with a vinella iced coffee. Got to the window. They handed me food and said pull into spot number 1 for my iced coffee. So i did. I sat there for over 10 almost 15 minutes and nothing. While other cars waiting in spots received their orders. By this point I just want my money for iced coffee back. So I go inside. And wait. Multiple other employees asked what I needed I told them they go. Oh that must be your coffee that's been sitting forever. I go I just want my money for my coffee at this point. The one employee tells the manager. I hear him go. Well she can wait.This was after me standing there waiting for another 5 minutes or so.After I heard that I just left. I already made a corporate complaint. Which I'm sure will fall on def ears. So buyer beware. You want your items and money stolen. Have at it.Edit: the store manager just called me and made it right. She was PROFESIONAL and understanding.

Vegetarian options: I guess they have an option for a salad.Dietary restrictions: They clearly have the nutrition facts on the menu, whether inside or drive though.Kid-friendliness: They have an indoor playground.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible but by no means is it easy to maneuver a wheelchair through either entrance.

Only McDonald's that keeps their ice cream machine on until they close. Even Sonic wouldn't serve ice cream. They were quick and super nice. Keep it up!
