If I could leave zero stars I would.The workers at this location are very rude and have zero sense of urgency. I waited for 20 minutes before anyone even greeted me, even then they were extremely rude. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Baristas are very rude management is awful. I knew as soon as she walked out she wasn’t going to do anything about it. She came out with a big hickey on her neck. You could tell none of them cared at all. When we asked for them to remake a drink because it tasted weird they very rudely told us we needed to wait until they were finished with drive thru drinks.

This is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to!! And I have been to a lot all over the US. Unfriendly. Drinks made incorrectly. Attitude when you mention that they made a mistake. Waiting 30 minutes for an order. Cleaning at the front register instead of taking the order. Reddish/orange-haired staff member is sweet but management needs to work on everyone else. Avoid this place! Drive the extra minutes to St. Louis.

Probably the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Only one of the employees was nice the rest were super grumpy. The girl making my drink made my drink wrong and when I kindly asked her if she could fix it. She just set it off to the side and started making other drinks. She completely ignored it and another girl had to come over and make my drink. They took forever making the rest of my families order and after we inquired after 15 minutes of waiting they brushed us off and said they were working on it and we waited another 8 minutes. Worst. Starbucks. Ever

Absolutely ridiculous and very rude management. Granted i was only in for a doordash order but i called to speak with a manager and they were very rude on the phone, talking over me as i was trying to talk wouldn’t even let me get a word in and said they were under staffed. There were at least 8 bodies in there where as i was in yesterday and they had less. Just unacceptable for a “high end “ establishment!

Walked in and 5 employees NO ONE welcomed me at all 1 person inside a d 2 in drive up.. Mind you 5 standing and laughing they do not earn my money this way.. Walked out and no one attempted to inquire why... poor customer service for high priced water..

Never had a bad experience at a Starbucks until now. Always my stop on my road trips down because they have good bathrooms. Workers were joking around and would not open the bathrooms even though we were polite and spent 30$. Realizing all other poor reviews for this location are accurate. Sad :(

On three seperate occasions I have been given underwhelming service for not tipping when going through the drive-thru. All three times I get 2 grande hot beverages, and when I go to pay, the employees put the card reader out to give a tip.( I have recieved cups that are barely 3/4 full, coffee that was significantly watered down, and then one employee turned to the other to show the card reader and replied with "you probably didn't deserve it")Unless I'm missing something, they do not get paid server wages and the certainly aren't waiting on/serving me. Just because I'm spending $13.00 on two coffees doesn't mean you are entitled to a tip. You shouldn't guilt trip customers or make coffees incorrectly because of not tipping.If you're reading this and want a proper coffee without the expierence of constant pettiness, save yourself the trouble with this location and just head over to Edwardsville where they do it right.
