Lady in drive thru was VERY RUDE. I work at another Starbucks location and this lady proceeded to tell me that I’m not allowed to pick up a mobile order through the drive thru. I proceeded to ask if it was for this location only and she said it’s for all of them and slammed the window in our face. I’ve never seen anything so rude and to be lied to is ridiculous. When I know for a fact she lied.

The quality of the drink/food has consistently been high. What hasn't is experiences with different folks at the window. On 2/26/24, I drove through between 9:30 a.m. and 9:45 a.m. The microexpressions, tone of voice, non-verbal behaviors, and words of the person at the window came across as though she didn't think highly of me...despite me being the one in the car handing her my card. I don't appreciate your employees interacting with members of the public, whose patronage contributes to their salary, as though they are superior. For reference, I am a Black-Indigenous, queer doctor. Being a subject-matter expert on the topic, I'm certain my visible identities elicited this response, as the person both ahead of and behind me, neither of whom share my phenotypical attributes, were treated in this same manner. Speaking in an affected tone. Glancing at me as though I was a something and not a someone. Unacceptable.

Like all places these days they force uou to tip them if your using a card. So use cash not card.its like everyone and every place thinks that you have to round up or tip .. and for a over priced coffee thats a no..

if i could give 0 stars for service i would, absolutely rude when i asked why it was costing so much more here then it was at other locations i go to and proceeded to rudely repeat my order and not explain what was costing so much. I will not come back to this location, very disappointing.

Let me begin by saying that I truly missed having a quality Starbucks nearby until this branch opened! It offers a pleasant environment, a friendly staff, and, of course, fantastic drinks!

The four or five times I've gone here the service and quality of the drinks have been mixed. Most of the employees do excellent work, but some would obviously rather be somewhere else. Closer attention from management would make a big difference in the consistency of the quality. Brand new store, so hopefully they get it sorted out. In the meantime I prefer the Collinsville Crossing location five minutes away.
I absolutely love that they opened a Starbucks at this location!!!! I have had great service here so far. The store is always clean when I go in. It's tough the make a left turn out of the parking lot, but I'm just so excited about having this so close to my house I can look past this minor inconvenience :)

Parking lot is nice and not confusing. Atmosphere inside and outside makes you feel at home, love seeing the new look ! Service of getting drinks out is a little slow but to be expected they just opened... that being said it is very clean and inviting, staff seems to be helpful and ready to work. Plenty of seating to visit or wait inside for your order. Pastry case looking good like always. Iced Lemon cake, banana bread, everything bagel, double smoked bacon and egg sandwich are some very good choices. Don't forget about the chocolate crossiants and cheese danish or the famous egg bites. If you got littles ones the cake pops might hit the spot with a little jug of organic milk!
