El Cortez has been in CC Hills for many years. Food is excellent! Service has always been spot on. I gave 3 stars for atmosphere, because after all these years I feel they need an upgrade. All in all excellent service and excellent food. In the summer you can drink ? on the outdoor patio.Highly recommend!

There were no issues with the delivery of the food. The issues rested with the preparation of our meal. The rice was stuck together like it wasn't freshly made. The limes were dry and there was too much garlic. My family has been coming to this restaurant for years ans we've ordered this many times before. Before writing this review we called to provide feedback but the reception was poor. The woman we spoke to immediately tried to blame ubereats for the meal but there was no issue with delivery and instead of hearing our feedback, she immediately said "no refunds or compensation". Again, we've gone to this place for years and weren't expecting anything in return but hopes of them doing better in the future. However, is they're comfortable treating us like (poor meal on top of poor service) then we'll look elsewhere in the future.

this is not authentic mexican food the meat is not seasoned at all and the taco sauce is not the real red and green sauce that your would normally get from an authentic taco restaurant highly

Great staff and authentic food. Tacos r fire. But i get the skirt steak just make sure u get it medium not rare othetwise u cant even chew it lol. Pina colada they got strawberry versioms too plus they let u vape but overall great mexican joint. It has a bar and two dining areas, with gambling too.

I spent over $100 didn’t get all of my food the food i did get was fatty and did not taste right honestly i don’t think anybody should go here anymore and i only got 2 thing out of 10 things i ordered so i recommend yall don’t go

Had a margarita easy ice. The bartender first took around 15 minutes before asking trying to service us (we were sitting at the bar which only had 4 other people there). The bartender gave me my drink with a lot of ice. I said to him I asked for easy ice. He took my drink, attempted to pour my drink in another glass while spilling some of the drink and giving me back that drink with easy ice. I told him you spilled some of my drink. He said I can put some juice in there. I said no thank you. He made another drink, same as mine, in error. I said to him you could give me some of that since you spilled my drink, he replied, i could. But he didn't. Needless to say, since he was so rude, I didn't leave a tip and rhats something I always do. However, the chips and salsa was delicious ?.Parking: There is parking all around the buildingKid-friendliness: Its a family restaurant.
