The food was not good. The tips were tough, salty under the bbq sauce, and the link was overcooked and like mush. I threw the food away. It was a waste of money.

Visiting from out of state, Recommended to this place. No good tips where I live! Ordered off the online menu, small tip and 4 wing combo, $17 and some change! Cool! Arrived to pick up order, cashier quoted $28+! I was like WHAT! TOLD HER WHAT WAS ONLINE, SHE SAID THAT PRICE IS WRONG! PLEASE LET ME SEE YOUR MENU! MENU PRICE FOR THIS ORDER IS BLACKED OUT. ASKED TO SPK W/MGR. CALLED HER MOM ON THE PHONE. TRIED TO TALK TO HER ABOUT FALSE ADVERTISING, SHE SAID THOSE ARE OTHER PPL PRICES NOT MINE. SO IT IS NOT FALSE ADVERTISING. This was my first time at this location since it was sold and obviously I was a little skeptical at first. But I definitely will say the turkey tips were good and not dry. Decent amount of mild sauce and fries with freshly made and hot food. Little pricey and no more seating areas as the area was sold to the bar next door.

I purchased a rib tip and hot link combo. The Food was terrible. Both the ribs and links were old and dry!! This was definitely a waste of my $34.00.The Food ended up in our trash can. Safe to say that this is my first and last time.
My sister was visiting from out of town and she decided to visit this establishment. When she brought the food home it was a long piece of hair in it. She got on the phone to explain the situation. The lady on the phone was very friendly and said she could bring it back. My sister said when she went to return it, the cook from the back and immediately begin to approach her . He got in face nose to nose cursing her so started back. The young lady at the courter tried to tell Abt the situation and he told her to shut up. She called her mother the manager which I'm glad she resolve the situation.My sister called me while in there and was all shook up I told her she should've called police because she is a smaller lady. I will tell all my friends and family not to mess with place believe they won't. I also will see what else can be done because she could've gotten hurt. Believe this not the end of this situation

I ordered turkey tips and wings.And large tip.When I got there noticed sign cash only lady did not indicate that when taking my order. Luckily I had cash on me. The place had an odd smell.My pork tip’s taste like they been sitting in the oven all day. No on there cooking fresh ribs. My turkey tips was old and dry and was just horrible. This place have fell down even worse than before. The first own when I first went to this place. Years ago before sold the foo was amazing.I will never waste my money again ?

Ribs and soul BBQ the cashier, heaven, was so polite, and she had took my order and respectfully was a man behind the counter, came in today and jumped in my face and say a lot of disrespectful things to me and start yelling and that's very poor customer service when someone coming to your restaurant and you have that type of environment that working for you and he's disrespectful. He don't have no no skills he don't have no customer service you don't have anything but I know he's a very disrespectful man and you will lose all your customers because of him and he do not need to work there at all. in the roundabout 830 tonight and he told me that he didn't care if I did not have a receipt next time he and giving me nothing and he told heaven to shut up and let him talk because he's the cook and he gonna say what he want to say and she did not do anything to him at all. She had got on the phone and call her mother as she should and trying to resolve the situation but he was still being very disrespectful and childish nowadays and nobody gonna take no one shit from nobody that coming to anybody's restaurant that's being disrespectful to them, so is the way that you can talk to you cook or have him fired or someone with deal with him in another and I think Ebony for resolving the situation had a way she had to deal with it, and I think you for doing that because she did a very good job for solving the situation her and her daughter having they did an awesome job because he was very ignorant and disrespectful.
