Was excited when I knew of this new location and the fact that it had a drive through. I placed an order for three large beefy sandwiches with cheese cheese last Sunday through drive-thru. Got home and to my surprise they didn't have cheese. Was disappointed, called the location and when I asked to speak to a manager they hung up on me. Called again and they were hesitant to get me the manager. After waiting for a while I spoke to manager and he stated they would issue me a $10 credit, never received credit. I understand that errors happen but when you spending over $72 dollars in food they should at least honor credit and ensure accuracy. Very bad customer experience at this location. Staff taking orders were unprofessional and just not focused.

When you order a chessey beef... make sure you tell them what kind of cheese you want bc they don't ask and default with cheddar. Also if you ask for sauce and peppers on the side. Check the bag before you leave. Bc it may not be in there. You'll get all the way home and discover that even though you were very clear at the time you ordered... Staff may not treat your order or time with care.

First off they messed up my order I called the manager said he would send me a coupon in my email to replace my food that was a week ago I haven't received anything I keep trying to give this place the benefit of the doubt but they always mess up I'm not eating here again try at your own risk be careful check you're food before you leave

First time ever to dine at Countryside Buona. What a pleasant experience my family and I had there. The food and the service was just outstanding. The dining room hostess', Renee just made our visit as pleasant as any one could. Five stars to Renee.For those who live in that area you will be absolutely satisfied.

We are not from the Countyside area and we were dying for a good Italian beef (baptized) on our recent visit to that area. They did not disappoint! Yum!Wheelchair accessibility: Seems adequate for someone needing easy in and out.
