Had a great time food was extra delicious today made to perfection! The girls were lovely they sang happy birthday to my daughter really made it extra special. Our server was fantastic great service. I wish I could remember her name to send her a shout out she was very attentive!

I probably won't ever come back to Hooters. The quality of the food is not good. The only decent thing was the buffalo shrimp and buffalo chicken sandwich.The salad and Philly cheesesteak were sloppy and tasteless. The philly was definitely bland. Onion rings are not the best. Curly fries are not the best.Better off going to Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings.

Our waitress never came over and asked how we doing or anything else at all we had to continue calling her over and we notice not one or twice but 3 times she just looked at us from a distance and walk away. Worse customer service ever

Food was good as usual. Eliza was our server, she was great. I met Dan, the manager today. While we waited to be seated, I noticed he was helping out his servers by cleaning up, and brining food out with them. I seen heard a quick conversation between them and he seemed to be very respectful of his staff. 5 stars for service!

I always go their and the service is always great but for it to be valtines day and your location wasnt ova crowded their no reason my food should have took so long to come out and was code how you bring me cold chicken so I had to wait for food to be remaked
Ordered ahead thru app for pick up. They don't start cooking your food till you get there and check in thru the app. Had to wait 20 minutes in the car. I would have left but you pay ahead thru the app. Defeats The point of ordering ahead to save time, only to show up and sit. Place is good the food is good. But the app needs improvement.

Me and my co-worker placed a pick up order the food was disgusting the service was horrible we call back and spoke to the mgr Scott and still today I can’t believe how rude he was he wouldn’t let me talk he kept over talking me he was very unprofessional he wouldn’t replace the food nor give up a refund we spend about $60 we trashed the food and wasted $60I would never go to this location ever again, and I really need to reach out to their corporate office.Mgr Scott needs to go back to mgr training class and learn how to deal with customers and loss the rude attitude

Ridiculously slow service. Music loud and tvs are louder. Food is precooked, frozen then fried or reheated . For the price you pay it would be better to make from scratch at home. Never again.
