My sister in law went into the restaurant before Easter to make reservations. The hostess put us down for 1:30 on Easter Sunday. When we arrived there was a sign on the door saying closed by the Fire Department. She had not received any phone call to let us know. She later spoke with the manager who said they did not have record of the reservation. Not ever going there...bad management probably bad service and bad food!

Went for porterhouse steak, recommended by relatives, still on menu but not available tonight. Ordered London broil and so much grizzle hard to get knife to cut thru it, chewing it was very difficult, waitress recommended 6oz filet so exchanged for London broil and it was like cutting thur butter and melted in your mouth. Others at table had porkchop and salmon which they enjoyed. Arrived 5:30 on Sunday night only one table with 3 patrons, one person at bar, and one person at gambling machines, we had the whole place to ourselves. Four large TV screens, 2 had Chicago Bulls basketball game on. Very comfortable chairs by tables .Parking: Large lot with 10 handicap spaces near entrance on West side of building.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level from parking to table seating.

Not a typical Jameson's. Kind of a Jameson's light. Had a definate motel resteraunt feel. Good food. Service was ok. They said they were short staffed. Only 1 waitress who tried hard managing 10 tables with bartenders help. Staff appeared to be inexperienced but everyone was polite and friendly.

This is the absolute worst place to come to celebrate Easter Sunday. They have no options for an Easter menu. According to the websites, every single other Jameson's in the area has a fantastic Easter menu.

Food is only ok but definitely not worth the money they charge, the service is friendly but terribly slow the restaurant was practically empty there was 2 other tables and 2 people sitting at the bar we asked for boxes and a check and sat for another 10 minutes for our check after we were handed boxes it was so annoying!! We will definitely never go back and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

I walked in through the restaurant into the bar/cafe side. Thought about ordering dinner at the bar. 2 of the 10ish seats at the most left side had coats but never customers. Instead of crowding into one of the few remaining seats at the bar, and when i noticed there was no one functioning as a greeter, I sat at one of the high top tables. After 10 minutes of waiting the bus man brought me water and silverware. After another ten minutes with not so much as a nod from any waitress or the bartender, I walked out. Thisvplace is understaffed, mismanaged or both.

This restaurant is NOT affiliated with Jameson's restaurants. Or that is what I was told by both lady that answered the phone in Countryside and the Woodridge location. I placed an order online. 38 mins after placing the order and subsequently receiving an email and a text confirmation-- I was texted that my order was cancelled. WTH?!? What I don't understand is if this is a Jameson franchise it is not being run anything like a Jamesons. There are hotdog stands run better than this. Avoid this place.

First time dining here and we had a solid dining experience. Laura did a fine job serving us in spite of there being a staff shortage that night. My wife's birthday was last night and she did a great job making us feel comfortable so that we could enjoy the experience. My wife loved the tomato basil soup and I really enjoyed my ribeye steak. We do intend to come back!

Menu was much smaller than Woodridge location. We will drive a little further in the future. The food and ambiance are better in Woodridge. For a Saturday night the restaurant was pretty empty too.

Service was pretty good but the food was bland and disappointing. They no longer have the 26 oz porter steak but it's on the online and physical menu in the restaurant. The 22 oz ny strip steak that my husband got was unseasoned and tough. My salmon was plain.

We had the worst service despite being the only table in the largest side of the place. The waitress delivered our beers after 20 minutes, right before the salads came with out silver ware. Food was actually good. they botched the checks which is crazy, again we were the only table in the largest half of the place. We saw a small family come and leave in frustration because the waitress didn’t come bye after 25 min or so. Maybe they had a competing banquet until the other part of the place but this was pretty terrible.

It was our first visit. We came because Texas Roadhouse had a long wait and we were already in the area, wanting steak. First impression, walking in- the entrance from the outside brings you directly into the dining room- so you have to walk all the way through to get to the hostess stand. It was super empty and quiet in the dining room, so we were skeptical. However, there was a 2nd room, more bar style, that was fairly busy. The dining room was nice looking, but they needed some soft music playing to outweigh the awkwardness of the large, mostly empty space. The steaks were large enough to split, which is what we did. The steak was very very good. Better than Texas Roadhouse for sure. The garlic Parmesan potatoes & mashed potatoes were both great! The vegetable of the day was a medley- but clearly fresh veggies, though o wasn't a fan of the seasoning. The side salad was a good size with a nice amount of toppings. The baked potato was just your basic baked potato. My son loved the Mac & cheese and especially loved that his meal came with a dessert. He has already asked when we could go back! I give this 4 stars instead of 5 due to: layout, awkward quiet, and just ok veggies & potato. But the main dishes, which are most important, were on point.
