Please retrain Jocelyn from deli. The poor girl doesn't know how to slice a half pound of ham thin ?. Also her customer service skills could use some work. I had an incident with her two weeks in a row. This store has gone downhill, most of the workers are rude and the lunch meat counter is a joke. I won't be shopping here anymore.

Went in to redeem a lottery ticket , after I waited patiently to get another, I asked the lady believe her name was Adrianna who was refilling the machine if I can quickly just purchase one she rudely started throwing her hands up and shaking her head and said “no you can wait a few minutes” in a rude tone. This should not be the way employers should be speaking to customers. I shop here often and never approached someone like this. Definitely will not be coming back.

I was with my mom buying alcohol, I showed my ID then the self checkout guy asked for my mom’s ID she didn’t had it with her and they refused to sell me the item. Jewel you can do better!:(

Went in the other day (12/17) around 5:20PM to get some chicken wings from the deli for dinner had a taste for them. Walked into the store and headed towards the deli to grab a number to be served. I noticed there were 4 people in front of me but no big deal I can wait since there were two employees. Well the first employee a older black male was leaning on the deli counter and had his uniform unbuttoned just looked unkepted. Also, no sense of speed for the now 5 people waiting for help but the other employee a younger white male with his hair in a ponytail down to his mid back (no hairnet concerning) so I though maybe it'll be fine. The younger male after helping a customer proceeds to walk away from the deli and come back to just start taking apart a meat cutter to clean it mind you myself and 4 other people are waiting! I'm like seriously dude but I didn't want to be that guy to say something out loud to him. Looking over at the other employee who still was moving like molasses I was thinking what is going on today. While waiting at the deli I overhead the younger white male complaing when they are closing and just completely ignoring everyone at the deli waiting for service. After waiting close to 30 minutes I was just gonna walk behind the chicken counter and get food myself but I just walked out and got food somewhere else. I don't mind this store truly has some good stuff when it's on sale but this experience truly left a bad mark on me.

Negative 10. Late on online order. Got to store waited 10 minutes, called number no answer 3 times. Called customer service to ask where order was and was treated disrespectfully
Nothing wrong with the store but the bathrooms are unreal visible waste on the walls and paper everywhere

I've never been to this Jewel before. We normally go to Jewel in Hickory Hills Illinois. I need to commend your store and staff. I've never clipped electronic coupons off the app because I didn't know how to use it. A lovely woman with a blondish Bob and bangs, taught me quickly. She was helpful with fruit purchase too. The checkout young man was great too. Smiling, crazy busy, but kind. We wish you and your staff a prosperous, blessed Merry Christmas.

Honestly Rose doesn’t even deserve one star she deserves NONE.I have never had a bad experience at this location up until tonight. Rose was by far the rudest worker at this location.

If I was to rate with no stars especially i would because at night rose turned us back because all of us didn't have our ids for liquor which only one person was going to purchased, what if I had my daughter I was going to turned me back since she doesn't have an id, we've never had that problem ever that was racist we even said the person who was only purchased would come back she would not sell us the liquor
