Took the family on a road trip to Chicago for spring break and stopped by to get some breakfast. Very friendly staff with pretty good food, loved the Apple pancakes they were very delicious highly recommend and will be stopping by on my next trip when I get a chanceKid-friendliness: Hostess was really nice to my boy Gibby

I’ve been living in Indian head park for 22 years and I finnaly got around to meeting the new owners. After dining at this place since it opened, and I can finally say that this place has a promising future. The new owners are steering this place in the right direction. Quality service and food. Might be my new favorite local breakfast spot.

Willow Hills Restaurant is a fantastic find. The staff is super friendly, making my visit a pleasure. They recently painted it lilac making it look more inviting and bright. My lunch came out fast and it was very delicious. I highly recommend coming here with friends and family. Edit one: After coming back, this place is just as good as it was before. The food tasting amazing just like my past experience. My server was friendly and nice. I’m glad nothing has changed!

I love coming here with my family after church. The staff is always welcoming and always having a new soup of the day. The food is so delicious, my family has never had a complaint about the food and leaves us full afterwards. The price is a steal with the great quality of food with low prices!

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years and I know they changed owners and they are doing a fantastic job! The food there is always delicious when I come in to dine, especially the Rockefeller Burger and the chicken philly! Great customer service and always seem happy to be there! I met a new waitress named lupe and had so much energy to work there and told me the management has been great to work with! Everything about the business is good!

Went for breakfast on Wednesday the restaurant was quite slow. The coffee they served is good. I ordered the bacon and jack skillet which was delicious do recommend trying it.Our waitress didn’t come to us we had to be raising our hands to get her attention that was the only “bad” thing overall good dining place.

Horrible owner he doesn't know how to treat his employees in general . New ownership is horrible. Food was cold and everything is overpriced for nasty quality.

My wife told me about the negative reviews ever since they switched owners. Unfortunately we found out exactly how bad this place had become. Placed our dinner order at 6:00. Waiter told me that one of our items would take 30 minutes. I had to get my sister to DTLG for the 7:03 train back to the city so I thought it would be fine. By 6:45, I asked the waiter to make out dinners to go. Waited another 5 minutes and no food so I left the boys behind and took my sister to the train. Ten minutes to DTLG and 10 more to get back to the restaurant. The boys told me that they had just brought out the to go orders (7:15 at this point). I told the waiter that the evening was a complete wash, that there was no excuse for us to have waited an hour and 15 minutes for our food, and that there was no communication on his behalf for why the food was taking forever. He told us that the cook prepared the 30 minute item and then started other tickets and had to play catch up with the rest of our dinners. We don’t intend on ever going back. Sorry for the rant.

Food is still good but prices are ridiculous. New owners - we paid $55 for 2 skillets and coffees after tip and tax. They aren't going to keep people at those prices. We unfortunately won't be going back
