This location hands down my absolute favorite! I was having a off Wednesday and ordered the wrong drink and they didn't give me any issues and swapped it out for the right one. On the app when the order finalizes the holiday Latte is similar to another one. If you haven't order here you will love it smiles great service and clean establishment. Try the Toasted White Chocolate Signature Latte SOOOOO goodParking: Parking is tight so be careful and use caution there is additional in the pizza lot right next to it.

The environment is hostile. the employee was so rude to my friend before she even said a word about her order. I was SHOCKED. Also, she has been sick ever since she drank her coffee this morning. I am appalled at this dunkin. Seems like plenty of people have similar experiences at this location.

They don't open at the correct time. If you have a walk in mobile order you have to wait 10 minutes into he drive thru. And on the days you can get in the store AFTER 7am NEVER BEFORE.For they mobile orders , they are never ready. I tried to do a survey on the run on Dunkin but the store number on my receipt is saying invalid.Today was the worse. Not only I got there at 630 with a order, the doors was locked so ingot in the drive thru. Waited 5-10 minutes to get to mic just to be told at that point they were out of something. And then the drink they decided to give me was absolutely nasty And cost less than the drink I was given. Do you think they offered some for the inconvience ? NOPE. She then slams the drive thru window door because I kept complain about what they were giving me. So I took the bad drink and left. Because I couldn’t go in and handle it as it should have properly been done.Update: after speaking with Dunkin customer service about the issue. They resolved it, and they also explained how the store have control of saying what’s out of stock on the app. Obviously they don’t care at the location about wasting customers time. This whole day could have been avoided if they just update the app correctly for their store
