Fit Foundation catered an employee luncheon for us recently — and IT WAS FABULOUS! They created a delicious luncheon menu with a great presentation and friendly service. Angela is amazing to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
The customer service here is top notch. Love that they make eating healthy easy and enjoyable. My husband and I are huge fans of the variety of meal options and quality of food. Items change regularly and every meal is consistently great. Too many favorites to list them all! So glad we found Fit Foundation.

I've used several meal prep companies over the past couple of years but Fit Foundation has become my favorite! I love that the menu changes every week. Everything we have tried so far has been delicious, and the macros and ingredients are right there on the container so you don't have to guesstimate. Since we live a half hour away, I wish there was a lengthier time slot for pickups on Saturdays; if we have plans on Saturday mornings we have to order elsewhere for that week.I also...read full review
