This event took place on 4-3-22 at around 1:20 pm. I waited behind a vehicle in the drive thru line for about 10 minutes. After placing my order and waiting another 7 minutes, I decided to go inside the restaurant. There was only one customer at the counter, waiting for his order. After that customer left, I asked with an irritated look, to the female worker “what’s taking so long.” She said loudly that it was only 2 workers there, and there was a long line in the store ( there was only one customer in the store). I said irritatingly that it shouldn’t take this long. She got angry and cursed me out, and said that I was coming in there to check her. She called me the definition of a female dog. I asked for her name; she said her name is Lisa. I told her that I will talk to her manager. She said that she is the manager. My family and I spends around $1000.00 a year at that Crestwood IL restaurant. What if Manager Lisa cursed out 9 more people that spend $1000.00, and they decide to not eat there because of their bad experience with her, the company will lose money. I enjoy the food, but dislike the customer service. I don’t feel comfortable going there anymore. The only way I will come back if that lady is removed from that location. Just in case she had given me a false name, she was the African American lady that worked on Sunday, 4-3-22 at 1:20 pm. Also, look at the security camera linked to Crestwood Police, if you have that service. That will prove my statement. Thank you.

Terrible place. They are out of many things on the menu. They wear plastic gloves but do everything with them on, including texting on their phone, but they don't wash their hands or put on new gloves. Why bother with the gloves?

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a half rotisserie meal with a side of sweet potatoes and corn. When i pulled up to the window i asked if i could add 6 cornbread to my order. After i paid and pulled into the parking lot to eat my lunch. When i opened my meal it was all wrong, they had given me 2 legs and macaroni and no cornbread for my meal. When i checked the receipt she had punched in 3 piece meal of which the only gave me 2 pieces, she had charged me for a bottle of water i didnt ask for. Everything about the order was wrong, even the receipt was wrong. When i brought it to their attention they looked d*** founded and i asked the lady if a bottle of pop was the same price as the water she said yes. SO since she charged me 3.00 for a water. I asked for pop instead. She comes back with an extra small cup of pop. Again not what i asked for. I requested my money back for the water andvthe manager claimed she returned my money to my account but i never received. Worst restaurant and customer service.

Currently only the drive thru is open. Placed an online order and went to pick it up. Noticed the rotisserie chicken we received was rather small and our cornbread from our family meal was missing. The prices have increased, just like everything has. Waited for about 15 minutes for my order which was no problem and everything was delicious!

Couldn’t even eat it and went to bed hungry! Ordered two quarter meals for my self and spouse. The chicken was definitely old and dry. We both had the sweet potato casserole sides and that too was over heated and dry. Even the corn taste like it was burnt. Called to complain and to her credit the manger offered to replace without push back. But what I received was so bad, that was my last time patronizing that Boston Market location. No basic quality control.

If I can give 0 stars I would. Went through the drive thru to place my order and a can't call her a lady said that they were closed. It was around 8:20ish pm, online it stated the restaurant closes at 10pm. I told the very ignorant & rude person that the online said the restaurant closes at 10pm,she continued to say they were closed. I asked why and this person who needs training in customer service said because they are. I asked to speak to the manager and to my surprise she said she was the manager. Telling her that I intended to call the corporate office about her behavior was a joke to her, she said to go ahead. I hope that the other staff at the location do not follow their so called managers lead on how to talk to customers. End up going to the Boston Market in Oak Lawn and the staff there was wonderful.

I ordered the Cordon Bleu Rotisserie Chicken meal. It came with two sides and cornbread. They forgot my cornbread. I enjoyed the chicken the Swiss cheese sauce with ham on top was really delicious. I had the dill garlic potatoes and mashed potatoes. My fiancé ordered the meatloaf dinner with Mac and cheese, vegetables and cornbread. They forgot his cornbread and gave him mashed potatoes instead or Mac and cheese. Service was fast, but order was not accurate.

Don't Believe Me Just Watch

(BEWARE!! OVER PRICE) I can't BELIEVE how they went up on their prices, This PLACE is a JOKE. The portions are incredibly small. Almost $9 for some corn. You get more corn in a can for a dollar. Their sides selections are limited. The staff member wear their masks under their noses. No wonder all their locations are shutting down. this is considered fast food restaurant it will cost you over $50 to feed a family of 3. JUST look at what they charge for a KIDS MEAL. $8.00 and no TOY.

The lady kept giving my dad and I dirty look :( I’m sad to have this experience specially since my dad wanted my family to have a nice Christmas Meal from here. She could of been nicer, better, and definitely kinder. Plus we were the only people in line and there. Very sad.

On 12/14 arrived at 8:50 pm just to sit at the window for 10 mins and wait for young lady with glasses to tell me they are closed at 9. Google says 10..Door says 10. At least be courteous enough to say we arent serving food at 8:50.

Only allowed drive thru. Not if that was why I'm giving it only four stars. I have not been to BM in a long while. Food is the same but the service is a lot different. It reminds me of the other popular chicken places around here. Seamed very dis organized.

I'm a big fan of b market, but so disappointed in my recent visit. Got the half chicken meal. One of my sides was cold (veggies) and my chicken was dried out. Really stinks cause there's not many left and I won't be coming back to this location.
