I always have good service at any Chick-fil-A but the guys here were super kind and had the place sparkling clean! Our food was delicious. The staff are all really great and made me feel very welcome. If I lived in Illinois I would come here all the time. Thank you guys!
This will be my last time patronizing this establishment or even blessing them with my presence. They have the nerve to tell me I can’t ask for my chicken well done, extra crispy or fresh. Then on top of that gave me old chicken and served it lukewarm. I will absolutely never return. Yea this place is awesome if they serve your food fresh. I’m better off frying some chicken myself in my own home. Better quality and half the price. All these restaurants can go to hell. I’ll see them there too I suppose.

Shout out to Jose working in the drive-through. He will not take your order if you go through the drive-through even if it’s not busy, don’t be lazy. Provide some good customer service instead of staring at me. This happened to me on Thursday at 11 so the manager wants to check up on them feel

We arrived at 10:45 on a Saturday morning with only one vehicle in front of us and two workers outside taking orders. My wife had never been to Chick-fil-A before and I asked for a menu (since we couldn't get to the ordering area because of the store employees taking orders). This obviously angered the young man. We got to the pickup window and got our drink of mostly ice and flat Coke and then waited. And waited while 7 other cars came and went (We ordered 3 grilled Chicken sandwiches and 1 Coke). Finally, we got our luke warm offering. The chicken was tasteless, the tomato pieces were hard as rocks and the oil on the lettuce was rancid. This was my second visit since they opened and I gave them the benefit of the doubt after the first visit. One other thing of note. The parking lot is a disaster with winding turns, construction cones (no construction) and other things turning the parking lot into a maze of the uninitiated. I can't imagine returning here again and I live 3 minutes away.Parking: See my review of the parking lot due to the winding nature of the drive thru intersecting the parking lot.

I absolutely loved my visit here. As tried as I was I was struggling to decide on where and what to eat. Google maps suggested Chick-fil-A. I enjoy the food, loved the table service, but the atmosphere was so peaceful and serine. CHICK-FIL-A should be the model standard for business everywhere.Parking: I little bit of a walk from the building to the parking lot, but not unbearable. People with disabilities or elderly should definitely try to get close to the door as possible.
