I went through the drive thru today and ordered 2 LARGE Toffee nut iced coffees. The worker gave me ONE MEDIUM iced coffee with 3 creams and 3 carmel pumps. What in the hell is wrong with this location?????

Wow since I'm not really a coffee drinker I don't think of DD for breakfast. After a fasting blood test I thought I'd grab a large unsweetened tea. Really good tea and a sandwich caught my eye. This is a must try for my bacon friends. Maple Sugar Bacon Breakfast Sandwich. Lots of maple bacon, egg,white cheddar cheese. Be sure to ask for it hot so your cheese melts.

Hit or miss… there is about 4 people parked waiting for their orders… for the amount of workers they have. It is VERY VERY SLOW… ?♂️

The food is good, sometimes hard though. The service is amazing in the morning and afternoon but at night its terrible, ive gotten screamed at by the old man and he always messes up my order. I refuse to go at night when he is working.

Wish I could give zero stars, I'm a regular at this Dunkin, I've been going more frequently starting 2017 and it's typically good but for the past few months during the late evening and especially the night shifts there is this older Indian man who gives very poor customer service. He takes an extremely long time for short orders! I've been yelled at this man multiple times. One occasion I was getting food+drinks for my friends and as I went to order he started yelling in a different language and I was so taken aback I just went to the window and didn't finish my order, when I went up to the window he yelled at me some more and gave me extremely nasty looks. Another occasion was today 5/15/23 and he had asked me what I wanted to order and in the middle of saying I had a mobile order he again started to yell at me and tell me "I'm busy", like you just asked me what I wanted and now you are going to yell at me and say you're busy? It's extremely uncomfortable and I started going there less due to the amount of negative encounters I've had with this man. He should seriously be fired or get another job that isn't involved with customer service.
