We arrived and they didn't have any bread... You're a sandwich shop. We were desperate so followed through with ordering something different anyway. Should have gone elsewhere. Took forever... Not "freaky fast" as they say. Looking through the drive thru it looked like they were working on the place with some disarray and ladders in the way of the employees.

Jimmy John’s is my go to hangover food and as of late the quality has not been that great. They barely put any lettuce on my sandwich when I order so I put extra lettuce just to be sure and still barely get any. Also had a delivery driver call the wrong number and took over an hour for my food in which he went back to the store. When I called and complained they were basically saying it was my fault for not answering when the driver made the mistake!

I found the corner of a bag in my unwich. I called right away and the staff member I spoke to was really nice about it so I appreciate that. I know mistakes happen and it's not the worst thing at all but I'm just glad I couldn't chew through it and therefore noticed without swallowing it...the clear plastic blended in with the lettuce wrap so I didn't see it before I took a bite. It was towards the end of my sandwich.

Unfortunately I will not be placing an order at this location anymore. The hispanic male delivery driver I’ve gotten more then once, first time mentioned giving him a tip(which in my opinion is in bad taste being that you already pay for delivery). Second time I’ve gotten the same driver, he complained about traffic and not wanting to deliver to my location anymore. I am always on top of tipping, how ever that time I honestly only could afford my sandwich and delivery. How ever, people should not have to explain their financial situation for you (the driver)to be understanding. I’ve places orders from this location to my job multiple times. No one has ever complained about delivering to me. It’s very discouraging, almost don’t even want to eat the food I paid for.

Apparently if you come at the last hour or 7:15pm in my case (ordered at 6:30pm) btw the employees will deliberately mess up your order thanks I really only wanted cheese in my sandwich. Edit: I don’t want anything from the owners you lost a loyal customer due to the way I was treated during my call to the actual store. Peace ✌️

Gluten free and pregnant is rough and Jimmy Johns is my go to for no nitrates and unwiches. The staff was really patient with my preggo brain fog and accommodating when I forgot the unwich part of my order(!) I think someone was training and they were doing well with the help of their team, we were actually in a rush and everything came out so quickly, order was correct and they even brought us napkins. Thanks for a satisfying no hassle easy meal!

Very clean, covid ready...I had to use an app in order to get my discount. It was my first time and the staff was VERY helpful. First time there, great experience!
