I pre-ordered my menu selections earlier in the day for evening pickup. I arrived at schedule time and still waited an additional 45 minutes. I wanted to try the all new crazy puffs. There were super hard and average - one order tasted over cooked or as if it was sitting out for hours. The other order was made fresh - but average; nothing memorable.

I didn't have an issue with my food. It certainly was hot and ready, but it takes a little longer to be ready than the time that is stated in your confirmation email when your order online. It is busy here.

My husband picked up a Supreme Pizza that I placed through their app and it was not even ready. He had to wait for 30 minutes extra plus once he took it home and we opened the box , the ingredients on the pizza are not even cooked. Avoid coming to this location they are worst but they have the music blasting thats for sure.

This place is more miss than hit lately on the food itself. Terrible customer service, most of the time people don’t even acknowledge you. There’s never a hello or a thank you, there can be multiple people standing at the register and they won’t even acknowledge you. The associates will just walk away without even speaking to you. They seem to be more concerned about whoever is calling and texting them than customers. They don’t even use the portal with codes so you can be standing in a long line when you should be able to put a code in and go.

This is horrible. Little Caesars was never like this. It was a place where pizza was quick to order and pick up. I've had bad experiences specially with this location. Right now I'm going 2 hours waiting for my pizza. I placed my order at 8:16 and it's now 9:52 and my order is still the oven. I never waited this long for my pizza. Corporate needs to get on top of this. I got lucky today that someone was at the register to let me know my order wasn't ready. Last time there was 5 other people including myself waiting for someone to attend us. I kept calling for someone in the back and they kept ignoring me. And every time someone would come to the front to put pizza orders in the pizza portal they would ignore us and go to the back. It took me about 10 minutes for someone to give me my order that was already ready to pick up. Little Caesars need to do something about this. This is not right.
I ordered from this location 3 days ago and I’ve been dealing with food poisoning ever since then. They ruined pizza for me I will never order from this place ever again.

Put my order in at 340pm was said to be ready at 402pm and i waited until 435pm. I never write reviews but this place needs serious help. I ordered those new crazy puffs and this is what i got in a box some sauceless pizza biscuits ?. Will not return and id advise everyone else to do the same! Heck even the manager was sending people on there way with a "2+ hr wait slogan"

Multiple times ordered and had canceled while walking up to door to pick up online orders.Parking: Nobody respects the handicap spots. No placards or plates with handicap in those spots. They park in between the hash marks also. Parking sucks. Ignorance is very high there

Had a kids Birthday party at the double tree order here at 6:50pm food should have been delivered at 8:15pm look at the tracking they kept pushing my delivery time back I looked up it’s 9:30 & they canceled my order I was so mad because the kids was very hungry after getting out the pool call the store no answer came up to the store and they sad we ran out of food ? had to go to Pizza Hut my kids didn’t get food until 10:15pm ? the manager didn’t give 2 *ucks about it Nothing for my inconvenience horrible service never again not even a sorry
