stopped in for my weekly pepper and egg sandwich but they were too busy making pizzas to be bothered with making one for me. after twelve minutes I could see that they hadn't even started to make my sandwich so I walked out and went down the street to Nicky's and was in and out of there in minutes. Nicky's is my go to place for pepper and egg sandwiches during lent now.never did ask for a refund, oh well, lesson learned, it was money well spent, I will never go back to nonnas.

Cann Diced tomatoes and dry basil with regular cheese (mozzarella) make a Margherita? This is the worst pizza I ever had!Plus you order 1/2 of pound of wings? And you only get 5 wings? For $9.99?I felt robbed at this place! Never again im going back!

I’ve been coming to Nonnas for a long time now. We usually get the stadium pizza with wings and it feeds my large family, but they skipped out on the pizza and the wings were very dry, I asked for the sauce on the side and did not receive it.

So I was a repeat customer here but after my last order, I won't be ordering from here again because I ordered thin crust pizza and I used to love the Xtra thin Crust, because it was the thinnest pizza that I have ever tried and we loved it, but the last few times we ordered the pizza was regular crust not thin. I called the restaurant back and spoke to Heather who was the same person who took my order over the phone and I specifically asked for extra thin crust. I asked to speak to the manager and she says she is the manager so then I tell her my complaint and she says well that is thin crust, so I say I've gotten it way thinner than this. So she says I just talk to the cooks and that's as thin as it gets. She doesn't even try to give us another pizza to replace it, she was kinda rude and therefore we won't be ordering from them anymore. They lost a good repeat customer!!!

I’m the driver who asked about a tip after I delivered a pizza to a kid the other day. Yes, I did ask about a tip. I also gave him the pizza before I knew he had no intention of giving a tip as the smirk on his face indicated when I inquired. I repeat, he had procession of the pizza at the same time he gave me the signed credit card slip. This means the pizza was never out of his sight. His fear of me of doing something to the pizza is a falsehood. That is something that I would never do. He was just going for a free pizza. The tips received at Nonnas are the only way we can make any money. The owner, Calros, refuses to pay any hourly wage to us as other pizza operators do. He even keeps some of the delivery fee for himself. The portion we drivers receive barely covers our vehicle expenses and insurance. This leads to a narrow margin for us drivers, but enables his profits to increase as the portion he keeps has a direct impact on his bottom line while decreasing the driver’s income. We have little choice but to inquire about a lack of a tip. Without such tip the time spent on the delivery is a wash, meaning the driver will not make any money and has wasted his time. After many years at Nonnas, I am happily taking my services elsewhere. I should have departed some time ago, but I did like my fellow workers and will miss them. I’m retired and this was just a part time job giving me a little spending cash and something to do.

I ordered a stadium pizza on online for delivery and when the delivery guy from nonnas goodlife pizza I was signing and putting 0 for the tip and he said no tip huh in a very mean voice and he said why I told him I’m broke and he said well you can afford pizza. I’m sorry but isn’t it your job to deliver and it’s not like I’m super far away it’s like a 5 min drive. I WANT A REFUND.im scared that he might of done something to the pizza

We've been going to Nonna's since we were teens hanging out late nights. The food is good, we're never not happy with the food. What we are frustrated with is management. In August our order was incorrect, called to rectify the situation, person on the phone said they would credit our account, great. Called in September to get a pizza and use the credit. No such credit existed, okay fine. Talked to the manager Heather, a little back and forth about the credit situation. My bad for not getting the name of the person who credited our account in August. Heather basically accused me of making this up, I told her exactly what her employee told me. Again, not my fault or order was incorrect and your employee told us something that maybe they should not have. Heather said she would credit our account this time. I documented it in my phone that on Friday September 15th, 2023 at 6:30PM, Heather put a credit on our account. October went by, November we had a baby and figured why not order from Nonna's since we have a credit and we're tired. Even after telling the cashier what Heather told us and that we had a credit, we didn't get it. We were told a new system was put in place and Heather wasn't available. I don't feel like we need to argue the restaurants mistakes and then be treated like we're the ones who messed up. I've worked in food for over 15 years, the customer isn't always right but you at least do something. It will probably be a while before we go back as we've just been left feeling like customers aren't valued anymore. Again, food is good, never any complaints about food but the customer service has definitely gone down hill.
