I ordered food, then was told after I paid for the food with Yadhira that one of the items I ordered was a 3 min wait. I explained to them that I didn't have time to wait and just wanted a refund since it was an option I was told that the girl was going to get her manager. Manager named Karina comes to the window and tells me that she doesn't want to do the refund because by the time she completed the refund my food would be ready. I explained to her that again i didn't have time because I had to be at work and asked her to just cancel the entire order, so then she said she had to talk to her manager. Karina comes back 7 minutes later with the food I no longer wanted trying to make me take it, claiming that her manager told her I couldn't have a refund, yet this person was not in the store. As I was leaving I heard Yadhira reading my work jacket as if she planned on coming up there to fight.I hadn't come to this store in a month because my last 2 visits were trash and I only went in because they were the healthier option. First time they intentionally gave me selzer Dr. Pepper, the time after they ran out of straws and gave me a paper straw for my large drink, now this. When I spoke to the manager the last time he vouched for his workers yet when I have these issues he is never in the store. This is why I don't like eating out

This company as a whole is not where it needs to be. Despite Panda’s financial ambitions, I can assure you goals will not be met if they don’t become consistent. I tried a few times to get hired and really turn this company around and really push them to where they need to be. Instead, I get treated as if I don’t know what I’m talking about and never offered an opportunity. The food quality is actually there, however they love to sell food that’s been sitting out all day to people. Some locations, including this one in Crestwood, IL, have the ability to cook something, “fresh”, but again, not consistent. You’ll get something hot and something that’s been sitting out. Is it that hard for everything that was ordered to be hot, fresh, cooked correctly and to order? Again, I tried to help this company but they seem to think they have it all together. I will never enter a Panda Express again. If you like old, cold food and soggy, wet fried chicken (and horrible attitudes to match from staff) then come to Panda Express, any location! They won’t let you down!

He really took control as to communicating with the kitchen and the guys on what needed to be refilled, etc.Yall probably know the menu, so there is no need to list the 30 things I got. ? everything is filled, & fresh! sodas were good and carbonated! (You guys know what I’m talking about, no one likes a bad fountain soda) KEEP IT GOING GUYS! Let’s also add the location is super clean, dining area is clean as well! This location is great! And can handle a rush with their eyes closed!

Highly unsatisfied I told them a specific order in the drive thru & they gave me what they wanted. I said that I wanted only orange chicken on a specific meal & I got Beijing beef for my wife on the side. Beijing beef was on my meal which im allergic to some of Beijing seasoning, they told me they couldn’t take it back or remake it because I opened it. No I didn’t eat just checked it soon as it was given to me.They told me if I wanted another order I would have to pay & that I didn’t say what I wanted before I got to window, when my order wasn’t made correctly from the beginning very unprofessional.
