I gave 4 ? because I ordered a suicide w/o diet cola. It was included anyway. I also ordered a polish w/o onion and peppers. The sport peppers were on it. The taste is never the problem. Getting the order correct after I explained it is.

I ordered from them and they not only screwed up my whole order but on top of that they even had a attitude when confronted them about my order being screwed up after a 20 minute drive home to find out everything was wrong and another 20 back to the restaurant and another back home again only thing they had to say when returned with the order was sorry we can remake it for u. Wasn’t the first time this happened and been going on a lot just not a whole order! I don’t recommend them and suggest finding a new location! P.s sandwiches as small and not worth the price either!!

Ordered from UberEats today around 9pm. I received 3 receipts with my order saying that I asked for hot chicken (sub hot chik) and somehow I still didn’t receive my hot grilled chicken or any chicken at all but everything else was correct. Not sure how that happens. They also forget to add my butter for my bread very often . 3 stars bc food is still good when not missing.
Ordered 3 Char-Broiled Burgers with fries and drink. 30 min to receive an order. Burgers were beyond well done. They were more like charcoal burgers. Empty, dining tables were not clean.

I walked in to them talking and laughing loudly about Republicans and how we should be put in camps because of a conservative beliefs. Please leave politics out of my lunch experience. Me and. My family will mo longer come spend our money here.

Been awhile l have been to Portillo's don't know why. Usually I get the hot dogs with fries. First time I had the cheeseburger. It was great. 1/3 size patty l believe is the perfect size. My wife had the beef sandwich with mozzarella and au jus on the side. She loved it. Definitely will become a regular customer.Parking: Parking has a lot of spots and surrounds the building.
