This is my first time dining in at any location and I am pleasantly surprised by the amazing service that I received at this location. The food was prepared quickly and fresh. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had my two grandsons with me and they helped me get seated and provided a high chair for my little one. The staff also assisted me with getting ketchup as they could see my hands were full. Thank you for such an amazing experience

My wife works TMJ dental in Crestwood she has a couple patients where the kids asked her to write a prescription to go to raising Cane's and eat lunch she writes up a fake one on a Post-It note and the mom brings him I thought it was a cute story raising Cane's is where I decided to get my German Shepherd and name it cane I had no idea raising Cane's was about a dog when I went there I still have my German Shepherd today he is six thank you for listening

Food is exactly what I expected. The best part is the service. I was greeted and place order immediately. Was given food by Tammy, I believe that's her name. She was that good level of extra. "Hot chicken for Dan!". She walked around asking everyone if they needed anything. Normally get several levels lower customer service at other fast food restaurants.

I don’t frequent fast food places that often. But when I do, there’s a very short list & specific locations…Raising Cane’s in Crestwood is on the list for sure! They always exceed my expectations, service is impeccable, food is always fresh&hot yet tasty!Want to experience a great & pleasant Cane’s…Crestwood is your spot!
The chicken is of good quality, and I do enjoy the breading. I like their sauce well enough, but I do prefer seasoning on the chicken and would like more options for sauces. They wouldn't do this, and these are just my own preferences. Worth checking out if you've never been.

Waited for my food through the drive through got there and they didn't know what I orderd they had no idea what was going on I just left who wants to eat at a place we're they don't know what there doing why would I trust them to make food

Chicken is good, fries are kinda of soft, food is way over priced, but if only buying once in a while, it's ok. The trick for saving money is to order just Chicken strips, especially if you don't eat the bread and coleslaw
