Went in for breakfast to celebrate my mom's birthday. Ordered a few mimosas and bloody Mary's. Less than an hour after being seated waitress informed us that they needed our table for a large party. I work in the restaurant business as well and never in any establishment I worked would we ask our guests to leave to accommodate another party. Very bad for business. Didn't offer us another table or anything else for the inconvenience. Gratuity automatically added, even for a party of 3, so I guess the waitress didnt care about customer service. She was getting her money regardless. Really bad start to my mom's special day. Will not return.

I had the worst customer service experience ever today. I went to breakfast with my family and the waitress was awful to say the least. She gave my cousin a tiny piece of salmon when my cousin asked about it she was rude about it. My other cousin asked for diced potatoes instead of hash browns she gave her hash browns anyway. I asked for hazelnut for my coffee but she Rudely said we don’t have that all we have is French vanilla. And I had to ask for a refill and she took a long time to bring the bill. Then included a $17 gratuity which she didn’t deserve. She was rude. When I went to the front to discuss my concerns regarding lathe gratuity she was rude and projecting her voice in front of customers. I will NEVER go back. Absolutely mortified on a Sunday morning by the lack of decorum displayed by the waitress.
*Make sure you look at receipt* I should have read the reviews before going. It was three of us and they automatically added gratuity. It was my fault for not looking before, but I gave them an extra tip. The service was good. The Philly chicken I ordered was delicious. The pancakes were undercooked. The orange juice said it was freshly squeezed and it was not. You can taste the difference and this definitely was not.

Got there, they told that the wait was about 20 minutes and they kept passing me over even though I got there before other people and I asked why they were passing me over other people and they told me that they don't seat two people in a four chairs table and it was just my wife and my self so the kept skipping us for bigger parties that is not fair, making us wait longer just because we were only two people, we left and never coming back.

I have been there many times but last weekend was really bad. We were added to the wait list and told it would be about 20 minutes. We waited for about 30 minutes. People that got there after us were seated before us. We asked if we were being jumped from the list. The staff kept saying we were next and still other people who got there after us kept getting seated before us. After the fifth party after us got seated we complained and left without an apology from the staff. It's just wrong. Why have a list if you're not going to follow it. We used to go two or three times a month as a family to have breakfast there. I won't ever come back.
