Food was what you would expect. I had the ham and cheese sandwich. I also ordered the new footlong pretzel and it was pretty good. They don't have the new footlong chocolate chip cookie for some reason.

Great sandwiches! But the Indian lady working here is not nice to kids with special needs. I would like to talk to manager about this. Else I will report it to the state of Illinois to investigate abusive behavior at the store. They can review and revoke the store license.

I can't complain about our sandwiches; everything was good, however my complaint is that they don't accept any coupons. I know it's at "participating locations" but I never had an issue with any other subway refusing before. They should make it known upfront with a sign that they don't accept coupons.

I ordered a pizza and as he was creating it a bug began crawling on the pizza crust and he smashed it thinking I wasn't paying attention. I immediately yelled that he needed to make a new pizza and he was confused as if I didn't just watch him. He asked ' so you don't want it?' And instead of making a scene I just left. Disgusting!!!!
Subway is always good, but I couldn't really understand the ladies that served me since they were foreign, but they were super kind and friendly. I wish they would add a little more ingredients when you ask for xtra xtra of anything. Asked for an extra extra amount of jalapenos, but I got barely a handful. Other than that, wasn't bad.

Purchased a footlong turkey recently and the sandwich was flat as a pancake. They were stingy with the meat and condiments (especially the spinach) for the cost of the sandwich. I specifically frequent this location because they used to load the sandwiches with condiments. You could hardly fold the sandwich closed. I will no longer frequent this location because I can eat a bread sandwich at home.

Very much appreciate them being open later than most others on New Year's Eve!Parking: Plenty of spots to park.Dietary restrictions: Easy to let them know what you can and can't get.

Non-Accepting of Coupons created by Corporate Subway isn't a good business structure!! $12 for a Foot long chicken sandwich NOT the Meal either and No Drink.. tad bit Pricey for Lunch!

I give a 1 star because they don’t have 0 or -0 I just stopped to buying a protein bowl for my husband and ask for the meat separate and the girl grabbed a paper bag for cookies and place the meat on it that’s not hygienic so I told her never mind because it shouldn’t be like that is my first time stopping here on my way home after work and is going to be the last one. With all this pandemic happened and if it wasn’t a pandemic is nasty placing chicken on a bowl all because she said bowls are for soup what the hell is wrong with this girl she need an evaluation from mental hospital or something very disappointed. For you guys to have an idea how was I’m posting a picture of cookie bags so people understand how I felt about it. I stop at another location at Cícero ave and over there they really follow hygienic process and can’t believe why I was asking first if they will gave me the meat of protein bowl on a soup bowl
