Sorry, Arby's... I still remember the original w/real roast beef and great jamocha shakes. The help and service were fine, but we couldn't eat our full meals, and we were sorry we ate what we did. I feel sad to badmouth them, but the best ingestible was the diet Dr. Pepper.

I went through the drive through today Service was fast but seriously the smokehouse brisket I got is the smallest sandwich I have ever seen. I opened it up there is literally four pieces of meat I just paid eight dollars for this sandwich !! This is unacceptable.... the quality of the sandwich was good ? not the portions.

I placed an order through doordash and received it with one sandwich short. I phoned Arby’s in Crystal Lake where my order was made to explain. First off they picked up and immediately hung up 5 times, before I actually got to speak to a young lady. I tried to explain my situation and she insisted I come to the store to pick up the sandwich they forgot. I have a 100% disabled VET husband whom I cannot leave alone and who needs an ambulance to transfer him places. I explained this to her and she still insisted I had to come into the store and then just hung up. Honestly, she was rude and most unhelpful.
