They charged us for 2 slices of cheese and only put 1 slice on all of our burgers.Gave us smushed buns.Ordered a medium fry and received a small fry that was stale and cold.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant meal with well-done bacon….. my bacon was raw, there was no cheese on my sandwich and there was mold on my bread ?I’ve tried to contact them to inform them that they were serving rotten food but unfortunately the phone has been busy for over an hour…….. most disgusting fast food experience ever!!!

MUCH BETTER PLACE TO EAT IN CRYSTAL LAKE THAN THE ONE ON 14. You can get your soda from the machine , Food was great. I think they need another trash can or a bigger one near the soda area.

Holy crap how many people does it take to get the right toppings on a burger. Apparently more than one manager and five employees sitting on the counter. I requested a refund and looking at the receipt that was correct looking at the burgers that were wrong they still have the Victrola dog look on their face.

No stars....poor woman was overwhelmed in the drive thru....waited for ever in line ..then as ur pulling into the drive thru...there's a sign that says no trailers ....welp ..we were already in the drive thru when we THEN say the sign...might wanna move the sign back some...and then or food had dry buns....STALE DRY BUNS

Ten minutes in line waiting on food and the come out and ask what was on my order
Drive through order at night, after I placed my order, one guy obviously saw my order, was a little large because of a coupon I had, he yells out "oh you gotta be f'n kidding me!" I go through drive through I pay, get No receipt, wasnt offered a bag to carry a bunch of small bags, and no ketchup. This is the last time I'm going there. Food was cold. I also felt some aggression. I know the workers are tired at night, but I work for a living also and I don't get off work till evening hours. But I won't take it out on anyone.

Gave the code for crowns. transaction didn't go through ,app says the transaction ID # not recognized when manually put in app. Redid a few times, gave up. Food was good. Rating for crowns deal

I was starving after class and this Burger King gave me the worst experience ever. The guy at the window looked too serious like if he was angry and it seems to be like he was the manager. I asked him for condiments and he did not give them to me. If there was another manager I would have made the complaint. Honestly, it seems to be like he is so rude.
