So I just wanted to share my/my sister's experience, and will probably eventually delete/update this review should I have a better experience next time. So my sister ordered take out through the drive thru a couple weeks ago, and they were out of pretty much everything food-wise, what they did have (hot dog with a topping or two) tasted like it has been under a warmer for hours, but what bugged me the most is that my sister said that the girl helping her was rude and acted like she was bothered by her ordering (and my sister is the nicest person on the planet). Customer service is everything, so I think it would be good for management to be aware that this is what their customers are met with.

Free cone day slaps. The 2 employees were also wonderful, especially while dealing with such a crowd and regular stream of customers, particularly young kids.

They recently updated the counter area so that looks nice but everything else looks outdated. The employee seemed like she was annoyed we didn't know what we wanted to order right away. I think the prices are getting out of hand also. Haven't been there in a while and probably won't be back anytime soon.

I pulled into the dairy queen at 8:59 tonight, and there was a nice young man in there cleaning up. I told him it wasn't too much trouble, but he insisted that he'd take my order, even though it was basically closing time. Excellent service, and the ice cream was fantastic. This is my new favorite Dairy Queen spot for sure.

Went at about 8:25 p.m and waited 45 mins to order. I felt bad because there were only 2 girls working. Also, when they got to my order they ran out of chocolate ice cream. The girls were very nice and trying their best. It was very busy and the line was out the door.

Disgusting inside. Absolutely filthy. Chocolate spills randomly all over floor. All 3 tables were so dirty they looked like they hadn't been cleaned all day. Ice cream smeared on window. All 4 people in my party agreed it was gross inside. Didn't want to eat there but it was a birthday celebration so we did. I won't step foot in this location ever again. I can only imagine what the back looks like if this is how the customer area looks. 2 blizzards weren't even filled all the way up. Water tasted like what I imagine toilet water would taste like.

My daughter & I come here frequently when it’s nice out so we usually see the manager and she is AMAZING. Tonight I came here and she’s not here. It’s a busy night and there are 2 younger girls working here. The line is not only out the door but it’s down the sidewalk to the next building. I know they’re extremely busy- the reason I’m leaving 3 reviews (for tonight) is because they’re messing up NUMEROUS peoples order (which is probably a little part of why the line is so long) They’re also making comments to each other to justify why the mistakes are happening. There have been a few comments from those also in line on wanting the manager to be here.

This is the worse dairy queen location I have ever been too!! Located in a horrible location. Had to wait in the long line then had to wait to order because there was only 2 people waiting. They told me they cant make a vanilla cone with m&m’s. Every other location does that, not coming back.
