The service here is absolutely awful, they delivered my pizza to the wrong house, gave the pizza to a child and then told me that was me… then when they delivered the pizza to my house the driver called me and made me walk outside to their car.. never again. I love the pizza, obviously being a chain you can’t mess up the food.. but the workers there are miserable & rude. This is probably my first bad review I’ve ever given, I literally never complain, but crystal lake deserves better.

We ordered 2 pan pizzas and we found them to be exceptional. We usually order them at a different location. I just had to call the Crystal Lake, IL store and tell him how much we enjoyed eating the pizza he prepared. I may drive the extra distance if he keeps making pizza like this. Way to go !!!!!!

Called and ordered for pick up. Typical dominos tangy sauce! Perfect for a rain delay Irish game . Ordered thru the app, Walked in and they handed me my pizza!

Yesterday I went in with a crazy request. I asked Allan if he could take a peak at the gender of our baby and to write it on the lid of the box. he was totally compliant and even brought the pizza out to my car because he didn’t want to risk me seeing the box. my husband and i found out we’re having a boy!!! thank you Allan for making our moment special

go here/ order from here if you want to get racially profiled, i got my food delivered by the delivery driver named “Matthew” he decided to come out the car aggressively slam his door, then proceeded hand me my food with attitude i grabbed my food and i politely thanked him then he stood there and stared me down while i was walking away with a disgusted look, i felt so uncomfortable and even checked my food to make sure there was no spit in it. i do not recommend ordering from this place.

We’ve ordered from this location 3 times and it’s been piping hot and right on time. When I request extra sauce, they add it perfectly without drowning the pizza.They are always prompt, consistent, and extremely friendly.

I went to pick up 3 items that I ordered for my kids, when I mentioned the order name, they were laughing at my name, as if that was not enough, a guy threw a garlic sauce I ordered at me and it fell to the floor. I have never been humiliated like this in my life.
