I was at the Crystal Lake location last night with my 2 sons and a grandson. The service and food were excellent but I don't think I will be back there again. We all like to drink beer but having to pay $6.00 for a 20 oz. beer is way too expensive for us. I go to Finn McCool’s in Schaumburg all the time. They always have specials on beer and when I get a beer the glass if FULL to the brim. Last night half the beers we go had way too much foam. If you are charging $6.00 for a 20 oz. beer, put 20 oz. in the glass. I won’t be back.

Ordered thin crust pizzas, delivered. Still not ready to venture out to indoor dining. Pizza was pretty darn good. Delivery was made a little ahead of the time stated. Glad to have another good dining choice here in CL.

First time there. Delicious foods !! They have band at 8 pm but we left before 5 pm . We will definitely go there again soon !!

Great place for date night with my Hunny! Super friendly staff. We loved the shrimp and brussel sprout appetizer. Of course we had to get a thin crust pizza with our favorite topping. It was a great night out with a Chicagoland favorite pizza place!

Perfect place for a Thursday night date night with my hunny! We absolutely loved the Brussel sprouts and shrimp appetizers. Of course we died over the thin crust pizza with our favorite toppings! The staff is super friendly. Next time you’re looking for a relaxed night out, head to Morettis!

The WORST place to pick up Doordash orders from. It’s EXTREMELY obvious that they do not care about their online orders. If you’re a driver, stay away from this place. It took them 40+ minutes to make one pizza and an order of onion rings.

top notch customer service even better pizza. best pizza in crystal lake as far as i know , had an issue ,, ordered the wrong pizza (my fault all the way) the manager quickly! made it right. even though i was embarassed for ordering wrong, thank you and you have a customer for life!
I took some family here for the first time since Finns shut down.We had a bad experience. Here’s why:1.) We walked in and tried to grab a table but a man (who I assume was the manager at the time) abrasively told us we had to wait. If you don’t want people to find a table there should be a sign near the entrance.2.) Once we were sat down, we waited for at least 10 minutes and no one offered to take care of us. Not even one person stopped by to say “I’ll be right with you” so we got up a left.3.) The man (who I assume is the manager) saw us get up and leave and did nothing - thus making our decision to leave that much easier.

Went for our first time since it switched from Finn McCools to Moretti's... happened to be on a Thursday, which is apparently bingo night! DJ was lively, drinks were strong, and food was on point (mozz sticks, chicken fingers and fries). They had some fantastic Thursday night drink specials as well. Wish I could do a half star (4.5) but one star off because they close at 11pm all week (even weekends).
