Food is generic. I got the “Whiskey Burger” and it tasted like a frozen patty, with a tiny squirt of BBQ sauce and an onion ring. The bun was basic, like a plain McDonalds bun. My wife got the Greek Chicken Pita, she says it was ok. The tap beer was flat, even though they claim they just changed the keg. They also gave me a warm glass, which makes the flat beer warm. The waitress said they don’t have frosty glasses. ?? The atmosphere/decor was typical like most bar/taverns, nothing original or special. The prices were good, about average for a place like this but not worth the quality of product. The waitress was good. Overall, no bueno for me. Seemed almost too corporate and sterile.

I just ordered from uber eats. Ordered the steak quesadilla with extra cheese. The steak was over cooked and there was no extra cheese. Barely any green pepper or onoin either. Was very disappointed. This is my go to here what happened????

Tonight we ordered pizzas from FireBar from our DoorDash app and when the food was delivered the pizzas were flipped upside down! DoorDash did not resolve the issue and I therefore called the restaurant. Erika, the manager, was amazing and first apologized for that happening and then immediately offered to make us new pizzas. The way the pizzas were delivered was by no fault of this restaurant but it was due to the lack of service from the DoorDash driver. Erika provided us with wonderful customer service by offering to make us new pizzas when in fact she really didn’t have to as it was not their fault. Thank you, Erika and FireBar for the wonderful customer service you provided tonight.

Our group of 10 went for drinks. They accommodated us very quickly. However, it was so loud that it's difficult to have a conversation. Our server Amber was great!

Great food great service!! Steve set us up with a room for my football teams. 30 kids and parents all had room to sit and enjoy the great pizza. We will be back if Steve will have us back.

I threw my husband‘s birthday party here at fire bar and Grill and the staff was amazing! We have been out here with our friends and dancing and singing and had a blast. I highly recommend this place for comfortable meals and casual down to earth let loose dancing! My friend Debbie Goodale (our wonderful realtor whom resides at Berkshire Hathaway in Crystal Lake) Invited me and my sister-in-law Rachel to do a little painting at Fire Bar as well.... memories were made and we all want to do it again! Thank you Fire Bar!
We came in tonight and it being Valentine’s Day we expected them to be busy, they weren’t any more busy than normal we ordered an appetizer it came out they took our order and my food came out the server said the pizza should be out shortly after waiting a while we inquired on how much longer she said it should be soon, we waited the table that was seated after us got there food 2 pizzas and a little while after they seated another table and they ordered 4 pizzas and got there’s we inquired again about our pizza and was told it should be soon, the manager came over and said there was no excuse he wasn’t sure what happened to find out the pizza was never put in he did however say he will take care of the pizza and asked if we wanted to wait we agreed he came back and apologized and said he took the pizza and my entree off the bill but left the appetizer at that point he should have just comp the whole bill in order to keep a happy customer very upset as we go up there often.

Used to love the food service ….. But if you order To go orders and it’s not at all what you ordered ….. they give you a hard time ….. ok we will Drive all the way back …. Only to be insulted by your staff …. If someone doesn’t want cheese don’t put it on pretty hard to scrape off thanks for the suggestion …… if they want it well done …. Don’t make it bloody and then be rude about YOUR mistake….. are you going to pay us back for all the gas we used to return your mistake …… Don’t worry we won’t use you again for a burger there are plenty of places that will do the job right and taste better…… Shame on your staff for blaming everyone but their selves ….
