I never try bashing or talk negatively of any place but I ordered a chicken quesadilla right? Comes with what the picture shows on the left but I ended up getting just non melted cheese and no sour cream or sauce! I had to ask for both... I get it. It's late at night, and they might've had a rough day, but come on, man... I've been to this Ihop before I've ordered this item before, 100% doesn't look anything like this. 1 starUpdate from 2 daysCame in April 11th. Got in touch with the manager at the time, Addison!Very nice and took care of me! Sometimes, we all have rough nights and need to talk things over I'm glad it went well as it did! This place is great... 5 stars!

Ordered curbside pickup and arrived right at the time my food was supposed to be ready. I notified them I was there and waited 10 minutes before going in to retrieve my order. Not only was my food ready to go and getting cold, but there were 4 teenage girls between the counter and the kitchen all talking to each other while not working at all. This isn't the first issue I've had w/ the service, but it will be the last.

Shout out to Jesus and Diana @ IHOP Crystal Lake for this awesome breakfast for our cultural meeting! This isn't the first time nor the last we will get some IHOP breakfast for our whole team! They're awesome!!! - The Nu-Gen Family!
Sadly, it was very disappointing. I love going to IHOP but was disappointed with the quality of the food and service. I still tipped my usual 20%, a person has to live. I'll go back again.
I went, my daughter tried it out, and my father was told about their poor service but decided he’ll find out on his own I guess… this IHop’s service is REALLY slow. You get seated right away, but after that the drinks, food, refills, and getting the check take a long time. I love their food but won’t go there anymore.Parking: Good.

John is the absolute hardest worker I’ve ever seen, absolutely driven. Just a people’s guy. He was so kinda from start to finish, we came in a day after new years, they had no syrup, he walked across the street to Walgreens to buy me syrup just so I could have a great meal. This guy deserves the best tip you will have. If you have the honor of meeting John at the overnight crystal lake shift I highly suggest you enjoy the conversations you guys endour.We love you John! #savethenightshift

Arrived at 11 pm. The signage was off and the parking lot was dark. Drove around the restaurant and it appeared to be closed even though it's listed as open 24 hours online.
