My wife was standing in line and staff ignored her for about 15 minutes. She inquired when they might take her order and the staff said whenever we get a chance. Then one of the workers said we are not going to service you and leave the store. This was followed by a sarcastically delivered Merry Christmas as she left the store. Though someone of authority should know how some workers are behavin.

Worker prioritize the remote orders over customers trying to order over the counter. My wife tried to get service and was told to leave the store . As she left they made sarcastic " Merry Christmas" statements to her. I would order online if you intend to go to the store.

I am so mixed with my judgement with my first visit to this store. I am a fellow business owner in crystal lake, as well as had a previous career in restaurant management. I want to be clear my experience by far was the best! Great drinks, great service, I told the host hat I wanted and I was given a recommendation and I loved it and so did my wife!....however, a big red flag to restaurant safety. The whole floor was half wet with no caution signs. I was careful and I have bo problem. But, if anyone else other than me walked in, greedy sue happy individuals would have destroyed this location if someone got hurt. Need to do a refresh of training and reminders of restaurant safety before someone smells a lawsuit...I sent an email on the website, my hope is they will respond Soni can helpI will post update if they respond.

Love the variety of smootie and food options here, not only that but you basically have the ability to create you own drink when you use the app and they have awesome options like 3g energy, whey boost, vitamin and zinc boosts you can add as well to make it that much better for you! At this location they were friendly which I always appreciate, it was clean of course smelled amazing, lots of natural light very good vibes for a health smoothie food place. Only this is I wish the watermelon breeze was year round it the only smoothie I'm really partial to being so picky

Showed up at 7:35. Over an hour before closing. Ordered Orange Carrot drink. Inwas told by the employee that the machine has already been cleaned so they coulnt make it. Really. So you turn down business? Maybe post a sign stating some drinks cannot be made. Drove from Genoa just for that drink only to be turned away due to it being cleaned already? This Jamba needs and Uncover Boss episode. Doubt they would have that excuse for a executive of Jamba Juice.
